There was a horrible incident in the lobby at breakfast time between the staff and guests. The staff argued not only with my guest but with other guests in the lobby in front of children. The staff almost got into a fight with another guest. The front desk employees had to separate them. Then the front desk employees started arguing with my guest. The hot tub didn't work, our air went out or froze up in the middle of the night. The hallways were horribly hot. The prices went up for some kids sporting event. All of that being said, it was the way we were treated in the lobby that morning was the reason for my negative review. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Average stay
Lots of noise at night in lower floor where we stayed. The room smelled a bit like sweaty feet. Other than that the cleanliness was good. The pool is nice.

停车方便。房间很干净。床和枕头不太舒服。淋浴漏水，水都流到地板上了。浴缸和马桶都太低了，感觉像是给霍比特人用的。泳池和热水浴缸都关闭了。我们选择这家酒店就是因为它的广告上说有热水浴缸和泳池。如果事先知道它们关闭了，我们肯定会订别的酒店。早餐是一些味道很差的香肠饼和看起来像是流质蛋白粉的鸡蛋。华夫饼还可以。苹果汁几乎就是纯净水。不会再来了。
不要来这家酒店，房间里有很浓的潮湿气味，我和我的家人离开那里时已经病了，我要求换房间，但他们没有给我，他们根本不在乎任何事情，我不得不损失钱去另一家酒店，我再说一遍，不要来这家红旗酒店。
