My last stay at Comfort Suites ANYWHERE !! I have been a customer for years, my information was in the system and updated address that night. We called ahead for a room with a 11PM check-in being 2 hrs away, while travelling to a funeral and was TIRED and couldn't complete the drive. It was MINUS 0* with snow and wind. Upon arrival was finally greeted by the clerk, she was off in the TV / Dining area. Was given our room and when entering it was COLD ~!~!~! the thermostat said 51 degrees. The hallway was warmer !! Returned to the desk and was told, "Turn the thermostat up". After explaining that it would take hours to warm up and wanted another room, she said, "I'll have to call my boss." An hour later and her conversation with her boss, we were given another room....... FINALLY. The next morning I explained to the staff what happened and was told i was entitled to a refund or comp or discount and that would be applied go my account. On Friday March 22, I called spoke with the staff and was again told about the refund and that the boss would call me. (WHICH THEY HAVE NOT) It may only be $137.77 but at this point it's the issue about having to argue to get a warm room when it should have been COMMON SENSE & an apology.

This hotel opened Oct. 1st, 2015. They do NOT have a nightly manager's reception, NOR do they make "made to order" breakfast omelettes. Neither of these things have happened in YEARS. The manager does not respond to any comments on trip advisor. The description should have been updated years ago.

We have made a 2 week trip from Tennessee to South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Kansas and Missouri and all have been with Comfort Inns and Suites. This one was no exception with a great breakfast, large comfortable rooms with great beds and service. I highly recommend Choice Hotels to everyone .

12- 1/2” black bugs on the the floor that came out after the lights went out. They need to finish painting damaged walls. Bed was comfortable. Their maintenance has not been good on the room. We wouldn’t stay here again. The motel is aging without adequate maintenance.

We spent two nights at the Comfort Suites in Dodge City. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast area was small but well stocked. The fitness room was in good condition. The location is a little far from the main attractions but it is an easy drive to them. The luggage carts were in good repair and they even have a room marked for them so they were easy to access when we needed one.

We were in Dodge City for a volleyball tournament. For the price, I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. *No carpeting on first floor. Just cement with glue marks. Learned they haven’t had it since April due to insurance. *Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Front desk apologized and made a note of it. *You could practically see through the towels they were so thin. *The chairs at breakfast were all cracking and flaky. With taxes, our night was just under $200. I am typically not one to write reviews unless their kind but this hotel needs some serious TLC.
房间很干净……工作人员也很友善乐于助人。不过早餐选择让人有些失望。窗外景色是马场/拖车公园……没什么好看的。所以整体来说,也就是一次平平无奇的住宿体验吧。
