We apologize for the housekeeping issues we will address with the staff as we are getting a lot turnover in this department. As if you would have mentioned to front desk clerk, as we are open 24 hours that you would like in a quiet area away from the noise but will communicate to the staff. In regard to the breakfast, I do not know what you are trying to say so their might lack of communication from both parties. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future. Bed and bath were OK, everything else was run down. Fridge didn't work. Unless you like Donettes, the breakfast was a joke.

We had 2 rooms adjoining and both were recently remodeled and very nice. Will stay there again if we're in the area again.

Bathroom floor was dirty, toilet seat was dirty, blood on towel parking lot loud and busy after 11p, large dead spider near tv stand showing proof the room wasn’t throughly cleaned

Could be cleaner
It was okay for price. The bathroom was not very clean with gray soap scum covering the inside of the tub. The rest of the room wasn’t too bad, just out dated.

1st room was fake clean. Meaning looked clean but the more we looked the more we found that was dirty such as wet towels in bathroom and I cleaned shower.
Next room they moved us to was ok. Ac took 3 hrs to cool down. Our feet were black from walking around the room as if they never mopped the floors.

This hotel is very rundown. We found less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, low batteries in the TV remote, and they wouldn't even bring us what we needed, but asked that we come to the office to get it ourselves.
