The staff was excellent, but for what I payed for the room I was expecting it to be nicer. The bathroom door was sticking and the floor was sticky.

Walked in our room and slaps you in the face with mold in mildew smell. The sheets felt damp. We called to move rooms, but because of the whitewater event nothing was available. The hotel desk attendant said they would talk to the manager to give a refund and we still have not seen it or been contacted. Immediately our allergies and having total stuffy noses made it even worse and uncomfortable to sleep there. We couldn’t leave. It was too late to drive and we live far

Room had the smell of a strong chemical that was so bad we decided we could not stay. Booked through ******* but management of the hotel refused to refund our stay. We had to find another room at 12:30 am and ended up paying for two hotel rooms for 5 nights. If you care about your health and well being. Do not book this hotel.

Getting slapped with an addition charge when checking in for no realistic reason is very bad customer relations. Desk staff also was not thorough in explaining what this "deposit" was for. This was not revealed in the reservation info and will affect me considering Amercinn in the future. Also, window shades were ripped and did not function properly.

Bathrooms were terrible. Floors disgusting, showers didn’t drain, mildew in bathroom. Bedding had multiple yellow stains on both beds. Shower curtain was stained purple in multiple spots. Spiders in the rooms. Service was fast though when needed. Lock to the door broke and toilet stopped working but they were quick to fix both. Outside of building is run down and needs major touch ups. Hallways smell really bad, like smoke.

Property has been recently renovated. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area very nice. Staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Overall the hotel was okay, the staff was pleasant and nice. There’s no elevator so you have to carry all your stuff up a long flight of stairs, which is hard when you have bad knees! It was also nice and quiet which was great for sleeping and there’s a microwave and refrigerator in the room which is very convenient.

I had a family emergency and went to ask if I could have my money back for the following night that I booked. The answer was NO because of I needed a 24hr notice. I asked if I could get a discount towards another stay next time I was in town and they told me NO again. It seemed liked once they had there $$ they didn't care for the guest. I wasn't impressed by all means.

Very quiet. Looked abandoned when we pulled up. It was very nice once entering the front entrance. Nice it was pet friendly. Did. Not see many employees but when we did they were very friendly. Parking was great. Very close to fireside theater
