Desk clerk was too absorbed in her phone to notice a guest was waiting to check in. Clock radio in room was disfunctional. Toilet flapper didn’t seal, so it ran all night. There was no coffee (or anything else) available in the lobby as advertised. The morning desk clerk said she was too sick to put out coffee, etc. Otherwise, it was fine. Pretty clean and comfortable. What does one expect for $60?

Highly Disappointed
Room and hotel were run down. Refrigerator didn’t work. Phone was pulled from the wall. Holes in the walls. Trim around the door was missing. Chain on the door was missing. AC didn’t work. Smelled of mildew. Overall a nasty room. Expected much more from a Wyndham property. No breakfast and the coffee was like warm at best

The bed smelled of pee which made the room stink and the covers and sheets smelled of pee my child and I slept in chairs because of this …the lady at check in was absolutely wonderful

My "go-to" hotel is usually Super8. But I was highly disappointed in this property. My first clue that this would not be good was the overwhelming "skunk" smell as soon as I approached the entrance. My brain was telling me to run, but at that point, I was locked in . The desk clerk was nice enough and was able to get me checked in quickly. Our room was on the second floor, but there was not an elevator. I have a bad knee and climbing stairs is difficult. The hand rail was so loose, I was afraid it would break. Our room was extremely hot as they had the a/c off, and it smelled horrible. It took hours for the room to cool down making it difficult to sleep. There was no smoke alarm, the security lock on the door was broken, and the toilet didn't flush right. But it was already 3am when we arrived and I was too tired to ask for a different room. Moral of the story: if your gut is telling you to run, then RUN!

The beds were hard. That alone messed my back up for a week. No continental breakfast. The refrigerator door dragged the carpet because it was missing parts to keep it level on the floor. No one was at the desk during the day. I got what I paid for I guess.
