First room we were assigned to was never cleaned, second room same issue. Finally got a third room. The bathroom door would not close all the way. Completely out of alignment. The front desk clerk was so awesome and very apologetic, that was the only positive of our experience.

This is a motel 6 quality room for double the price for what it’s worth. The whole motel wasn’t nice at all and the breakfast was garbage. Not a good choice.

The entry door had a hard time closing and so did the restroom door. The blinds were broke. there is a hole in the wall where the smoke detector is supposed to go and the entire room needed an overhaul.

Our stay was excellent. Everything was so clean! Employees so courteous. The bed was so soft. It felt like a luxurious hotel. Will stay again.

My friends and I were greeted with a very nice and professional front desk clerk. She provided us with information about the hotel and the amenities. She mentioned the entire hotel was booked. The room was nice, however the toilet handle was broken. We called downstairs and someone immediately came to the room. Because the hotel was booked we couldn't change rooms. So to flush the toilet we had to remove the top and pull the chain. We were told that since we couldn't change rooms we would be provided with a discount of our room. We felt that was fair. The comforter on one of the beds was dirty. So we called downstairs again and the same nice lady, Ashley brought a clean comforter that she just took out of the dryer as it was still very warm. The shower and water pressure were really great. After we wiped everything down with clorox wipes, and sprayed the bed, sheets, pillows and chairs with lysol; other than the toilet not working properly and the dirty comforter that was replaced, the stay was alright. The bed was super comfortable.We didn't have to go far to eat because we had a variety of places to eat nearby. I purposely chose this hotel as it is right of the interstate, plenty of places to eat, and shop. Our group would definitely here again!

The towels and all linens (wash cloth)
Were stained and some had holes in them. I took one to the desk and told them that the towel was dirty. She told me that they were stained not dirty. The bath room door hinges were very loose, I told the front desk, NO action. The sausage served for breakfast was definitely reheated from the previous day. The hair dryer was inoperable. Comfort Inn West Monroe was a huge disappointment. Definitely overpriced considering. They should change the name to Red Roof Inn.

Poor quality
Our family paid about $156 per night for Friday and Saturday. The quality of the hotel in my opinion was worth $80 a night max. The room with 2 queens was extremely cramped! No room to move around with our family of 5. As soon as you walk in you got the vanity and sink immediately on the right and to the left the door to the small bathroom (that has what we believe to be black mold) condensation seems to have a problem drying out of there. The walls were filthy and our door latch was janky and would lock us out with key. Will say the breakfast was decent and the staff was kind. This hotel just needs some updating. Would not recommend for the price we paid.
