The staff behind the counter took quite a while to check me in, and then instead of putting a hold on my card for "incidentals" like every hotel does, they charged my card $20 for incidentals at check in. As of writing this review, no credit has been issued.
The gym was out of service, the pancake machine was not working, the chlorine in the pool was seemingly outrageously high. It just seemed like everything was a little off with this stay. On the other hand, the facility was clean and the beds were comfortable, so it was not a complete loss.

Waited and waited on being greeted and they had issues getting me checked in. Manager on duty announced my room number in front of other guests. I am a single woman traveling alone. Room needed a deeper clean. Food was fine and kitchen lady who was filling in that day was great!

There was crumbs of chips still under the table. The tvs did not work one tv you could get a picture but no sound and on the other tv no channels will come through kept saying no signal or access not purchased. When called down to front desk all the lady said was if you want a refund or discount on your room you will have to call my manger on mo day and then she hung up on us.

Clean & Friendly
The staff was welcoming and polite. In the morning, all of the staff made eye contact and greeting me. The only issue was a remodel construction project that was going on on the lower level of the hotel, on the same side I was on that resulted in some loud noise in the morning.

This hotel is average at best. While it’s a no smoking hotel, our room had the odor of smoke. The bathroom had a musty odor that was very off putting when you consider it’s the place you go to clean yourself.
I would not stay at this property again.

Excellent staff!
You want to stay here if this is on your way through Missouri! Easy on and off the highway and the staff is some of the friendliest we’ve ever encountered. Bonus that an excellent BBQ Steakhouse restaurant is just across the parking lot.😉
