There was crumbs of chips still under the table. The tvs did not work one tv you could get a picture but no sound and on the other tv no channels will come through kept saying no signal or access not purchased. When called down to front desk all the lady said was if you want a refund or discount on your room you will have to call my manger on mo day and then she hung up on us.

Clean & Friendly
The staff was welcoming and polite. In the morning, all of the staff made eye contact and greeting me. The only issue was a remodel construction project that was going on on the lower level of the hotel, on the same side I was on that resulted in some loud noise in the morning.

This hotel is average at best. While it’s a no smoking hotel, our room had the odor of smoke. The bathroom had a musty odor that was very off putting when you consider it’s the place you go to clean yourself.
I would not stay at this property again.

Excellent staff!
You want to stay here if this is on your way through Missouri! Easy on and off the highway and the staff is some of the friendliest we’ve ever encountered. Bonus that an excellent BBQ Steakhouse restaurant is just across the parking lot.😉

Terrible customer service and refuse refund
We came through over night and this was one of the only hotels for several miles, they let us book online and when we got there around 2am was told they were completely booked and was nothing they could do about it. I Emailed several times and was told we would have to go through ********** for refund and then were told “per manager” of the hotel we were not allowed a refund even though we were not allowed to stay.

there were things left in the room that didn't get cleaned, like a wash rag with hair on it.. and they charged a $23 convenience fee and said id be returned that fee but didn't get it refunded. Nice enough place, but going to have to contact them for my refund.

Excellent Hotel. Food not so much
Room and bed was great! Very clean front desk attendance were very pleasant. Only thing we're not crazy about is the breakfast. Nothing to write home about we were disappointed. We would rather have a cheaper room rate and no breakfast then the rubbery sausage and other so-called food. But this hotel chain is the very top of our list
