From NOT finding my reservation to walking into a stuffy & smelly room with an obviously used toilet / bathroom to a Pure Junk Breakfast ending your day with a TV that needs cleaning to trying to sleep and being poked by something that turned out to be a “leftover Big Dental Floss” under my sheets! Then going down to get breakfast only to find nothing hot but instead pure junk plastic wrapped old smelly boiled eggs, tiny wrapped muffins, paper bags of oatmeal & coffee !
But what broke the Camel’s back was that I was very late for my most important business meeting due to the water being cut-off in the middle of my morning shower !!!
The funny part is that after my big delay and as I was checking out I saw the manager “by the name of “Chris Shanks” but as I mentioned my problem to him and asked if we could work something out, he just said: “Good Bye” and bluntly ignored me and started helping another guest that was in the lobby !

Booked king was told it would be an upgrade to go to a king. Boyfriend is 6’7 I only book king rooms. Took the queen, since hotel was in poor condition anyways. So disappointed and will definitely spend more at a nicer hotel to avoid how uncomfortable the stay was.

WONDERFUL RELAXING VISIT WHEN MY HEALTH NEEDED IT
I was there to give my leg a rest after being in the hospital for 9 days and Rehab for 6 days. Management was exceptional and as soon as I get my Social Security payment, I’m going to take some cash for the cleaning crew😊😊😊

Stay for a baseball tournament
Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Convenient to the highways and a lot of food choices. The staff was super friendly and super accommodating
