酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify that your travel agency did contact us, and we accepted the refund as you did not stay. The refund was processed with your online travel agency. Regarding the misunderstanding, we do have electricity at the hotel; however, we only provide air conditioning from 9:00 PM until 8:30 AM, which is mentioned in the message we send upon booking. This gives guests the option to cancel if this doesn’t meet their needs. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
