Absolutely TERRIBLE. Management will dodge your calls to get a refund, will dodge your bank. It’s FILTHY. WIFI or TV doesn’t work and they are liars. When I asked to move rooms, they told me they were full so I had my husband call and magically they weren’t full anymore. DO NOT STAY.

Somewhat safe for guests only due to Cassandra and her husband running the tweakers and homeless off, but now she is gone and they are all coming back I wish Cassandra never left. She truly cared. The hotel lost someone who truly cared. I hope they get her back. She was cleaning this hotel up. The other guy Tay does not care about this hotel. And since she left the employees are all sad and no help now.

Absolutely not! This place is beyond disgusting.... Unidentifiable stains everywhere in the room, no working wifi, no working tv service, previous management literally ran this place into the ground. Not even any breakfast here. this is worse than one of the places I wound up staying at in south texas, which had the walls in the room was painted all black.So you couldn't see any bugs or anything. Do NOT stay here. While I was outside having a cigarette a little while ago, i noticed there were several people leaving because the rooms are so nasty. i was told if I smoke in my room, I will get a DNR.... Wouldn't bother me one bit... This place is definitely a bad joke.

This place is an absolute disgusting dump . It is unsafe , there’s random people everywhere all the time and my room had no deadbolt . There were pills in the trash and on the floor of the room , there was no blanket or comforter , just a sheet , the floors were disgusting filthy , smelled terrible , no tv , and 1/4 of the toilet seat was missing , and the shower was not cleaned .. you couldn’t pay me to stay here again

Disgusting!!!! Do Not Waste your money. You will regret it. Cars get broken Into, mold in rooms and roaches. Oh and it stinks! Not to mention the breakfast is a joke! I wouldn't spend 20 bucks here go elsewhere Didn't sleep a wink due to the smell

The lady at the front desk Miriam was very helpful and nice she went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable she was able to price match and we will definitely be coming back and I most definitely would recommend this place to you and your family. They have new management and are trying to make the place more enjoyable from the looks of it

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. would give a negative rating if available 1) Many tiny (unidentified) bugs crawling all over the room 2) Television did not work even after 3 tries to call the front desk 3) No hot water for the shower 4) checked out in the morning and informed the front desk of the problems and didn't even seem to care 5) I wouldn't stay at this hotel even if someone paid for it for me

The first room they put us in smelled, stains everywhere. There was no TV remote. I asked for a remote and the one she gave me did not work so they moved us to a "better" room. The fridge did not work in either room. The AC didn't work well, the toilet ran, the shower was cold and leaked. Dirty.

This hotel was the worst! 😡😡😡😡 I really wanted to give zero star but I was forced to give one star with no other option. Initially, we were given a room which one cannot stay for even few mins with the way it smelt. After our request, they gave us another room where the fridge and microwave had a pungent smell, the pillow covers were torn, the blinds were broken, and the bathroom was nasty. Then they showed 3rd room which had the same issues. At last, we were forced to move to another hotel last minute which costed us more.
