The lobby air conditioning is out (as of 9/6/25) and has been since June, according to an employee. They were unsure when it would be repaired. This is also the area where the breakfast is served. It was way too hot inside to enjoy the breakfast so we went to a nearby restaurant instead. The room was okay, however, the AC was intermittent in there as well. Overall, too many problems with this stay to stay there again. The physical facilities were fairly nice, though.

When I arrived the air conditioning wasn’t working in half the building. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The food options listed as “walking distance” weren’t really options due to the highway that would have to be crossed on foot. Worst of all was that even though the hotel was listed as a nonsmoking facility it smelled like smoke in the building and especially in the room I was in.

The air in the lobby is out and it is too hot to sit even in the morning time for breakfast. The front desk people were nice but I felt bad for them having to be in the hot lobby. The air in the room took a while to get the room cool. The fridge in the room needs replaced. It was barely functioning. The rooms were clean. The coffee machine in the room needed cleaning though. But other than that the room and bathroom were fine. I was charged more than I should have been so also look at what they’re charging you.

Took over 15 minutes to get checked in. Only 12 local TV channels; no cable. There was floor tile missing near bathroom.

Bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable! Staff made sure my request of extra pillows and blanket was complete. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff were friendly and nice! The room smelled clean and inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

Generally it was adequate except for one big problem. In my room, the curtains were designed not to close over the air conditioning unit. There were only very sheer curtains that closed all the way, which mean that I had floodlights from the parking lot shining into my room all night with nothing I could do about it.
