That lady at service desk is rude this not the first time she was rude to me so I will not be coming back.

Overall uncleanliness. I chose this hotel for the hot tub, which was broken upon arrival. The pool itself was freezing and so was the air temp in the pool room. 6 people and not a single one felt comfortable enough to swim. The morning of our departure, when my husband and I were coming back in from taking our things out to the vehicle, we werebgreeted by a very rude "what are you looking for?" We did not eat breakfast, my kids just wanted a juice and were told no in some choice words not appropriate for children. It was just after breakfast had ended so understandable if they werent "allowed" to have one anymore, but someone else had just came and took some, so the children followed suit and got cussed at. When I got to my vehicle the kids were upset about the incident, so I decided to go speak to someone about it. Turns out the manager was the same person who treated my kids like that. Also the same lady who was rude to my husband and I earlier that morning, so i knew she was lying when she tried to tell me she asked them politely not to take a juice.

hot tub was broken, pool was cold as result making it unswimable, smelly moldy smell room. Lumpy bed, dirty and stained walls. Will never stay again.

Room keys wouldn’t work after initial entry. They were old, worn out, and wouldn’t retain the info. Had to return to front desk four times to get new key cards. No elevator at property. Only one entrance because doors closest to parking could only be opened from inside. Asked for crib, which was put in wrong room. Tried to call front desk but the phone didn’t work. Plug ins by bed didn’t work. Pool/hot tub was out of service due to broken part. Overall, no upkeep to property. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was not swept or dusted there was garbage from the last person. Various issues with the room key. Good price. Rooms were not outdated. But cleanliness was a problem.

The room I wanted was rented before I could book it but the one they gave us was just as good. The staff was incredible and I will definitely be staying here many more times.

The hot tub looked a little
Rough so we did not use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was HUGE and overall clean. The floor was a little dirty and the lobby floor was very dirty. Rug in the entry area was in need of a good cleaning. Breakfast was just okay. It was a decent stay for a great price!!!

Hot tub broken. Clean room. Very noisy, could hear everything. Girl screaming at 3 am arguing with boyfriend. Couldn't get back to sleep. Pool cold. Mold in shower.
