Saw a nice size roach in the breakfast area. Found someone elses clothes left in the room so it wasnt thoroughly cleaned beforehand. Couldnt get the tv to work. It wouldnt connect to the internet.

Family of 5 with 3 children staying one night on a visit to Cedar Point. Adjoining rooms. 106 + 107. First floor. Rooms have exterior doors to the parking lot. Office door locks at 11pm until 6:30am when breakfast is served. Room fixtures and decor was dated. Dust came out of the A/C vents when we turned them on. There were dead bugs on the beds near the pillows. Breakfast area is small. Waffles were okay. Locals told us this motel was not in a good part of town. We won't be staying here again. Pay extra and upgrade to a better place to stay.

My room was not cleaned even when we asked 2 times. We had to bring our dirty towels up front so we could have clean ones, every day we stayed. The breakfast area had no juice or milk.
The keys to our room didn't work and had to go back to reset..
Will never go there again...

Pool was very cold and in disrepair. Room and bathroom was very dirty and had a very offensive odor. No elevator access to upper level floors.

everything was fine. good deal for the money. about 15 minutes away from cedar point (and pretty much a straight shot) they had breakfast food available but it wasn't a continental breakfast (but that's okay, they didn't advertise it as continental). good deal for the money. friendly staff

New TVs that do not work with any remotes, we had to leave the TV on for 3 days. If you turned it off, it would not reconnect. HOWEVER the night manager came to our rescue 3 times to reset tv..

Pool and staff are nice. Older hotel but location is perfect for going to the Kalahari water park down the road. Food options around too.

Room was dirty. Large cobwebs in corners is room. I deleted the photo already but I did show it to desk when I checked out. She said yea we haven’t done our deep cleaning yet.
Cobwebs should be an everyday cleaning task. Not just monthly
