The ice machine is broken and not sure if it was getting fixed. Towels need replaced. They had tread bare spots.
The door locks didn't work well with the card keys. Had to get new ones every time I came back to my room.
The staff was very friendly!!!! and did provide ice from the kitchen area.

My dad and I stayed at the Quality Inn in Rogersville, TN for 3 nights and rented 2 separate rooms. The staff were friendly and process of check-in/check-out went smoothly.
I feel they can spend some money on upgrades as the carpet in the stairwell was badly stained and just looked gross. My sheets on the bed were pilled and didn't look great. and the shower head definitely needed some cleaning or replacement.
The breakfast that was offered was very limited and feel a few more options could be added.
The hotel was busy the weekend we stayed as there was a festival in town, but had no issues with parking and the parking lot had plently of lights to allow you to feel safe.

Parking was a nightmare. A hundred dollar deposit for a room with no hot water. This hotel had no elevator. The air-conditioning system was older than myself and I'm 51 . Never staying again.

Needs interior updates, better beds and bedding, ours had holes, pillows were terrible, towels had stains, has a lot of potential just needs updates and a few renovations

Just needs a uplift the carpet throughout need to be replaced the couch in my room was so broke I couldn't seat on it but the room was clean and the people were nice it was quiet stay

This wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but it wasn’t great either. Overall the place was worn and dirty but I’ll give them credit that it seemed like they try to keep it up. For me the stains on the sheets were a bit much but it’s not like they weren’t washed they just weren’t washed well or honestly probably need to be replaced. Also the place smelled funny. But would I stay here again? If there were no alternative sure…it’s not like it was unlivable.
