We take reports like this extremely seriously and are already conducting a full review with our housekeeping team to understand how this could have occurred. The rash you mentioned is also deeply concerning, and we want to look into the room thoroughly to ensure there are no underlying issues that may have contributed to this, as it was most likely a reaction to the detergents we use in our laundry process, but we always treat reports like this with our upmost attention. I do want to share something important—not as an excuse, but because it genuinely matters for future guests and for you if you choose to stay with us again. If we had been made aware of these issues during your stay, rather than after checkout, we would have had the ability to address them immediately. We could have moved you to a new room, fully inspected the situation on the spot, and ideally provided you with a much cleaner, more comfortable, and far more satisfactory stay. We never want any guest to endure problems for multiple days when we have staff available around the clock who can help right away.Regarding the bathroom setup, our rooms do not include toilet seat covers as a standard amenity, and I apologize if this contributed to the overall frustration you experienced.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, we wish you safe travels in your future adventures.
