酒店地理位置优越，环境安静，靠近马拉西广场、The Avenues 购物中心和机场等各种场所。酒店清洁度极佳。前台人员办理入住和退房手续非常快捷。所有工作人员都乐于助人，在需要任何服务时都能迅速响应。浴室非常干净，用品齐全。
除非主动要求，否则酒店不会主动打扫房间。办理入住手续也经常延误，而且由于房间预订取决于空房情况，酒店不会更改您的预订。
