There are such highly talented Saudi citizens who can have those jobs in Pullman. The staff should be removed and qualified staff should be working at Pullman. It’s a great shame, it’s such a spiritual journey and such horrendous things go on! The country was perfect the places we been too were highly recommended but the 5 star hotels have such basic workers! You earn a salary from Pullman so have some loyalty with them! When I spoke with Shahad at the receptionist she actually was smirking that we could leave. The managers hibernated somewhere such and embarrassment for the Pullman company. I don’t think this is a hotel of trust at all. The staff behave they own the hotel. LOL. The positives, it’s close to haram so are other hotels, the restaurants food was great especially the Arabic food made by Mohammed. The Indian food stunk the whole hallway.. the people were everywhere some holding food in the hands and some grabbing the food with their bare hands!!! Don’t fall for the glimmer of the hotel. Keep your stuff safe. Just alerting you the same kind of incident happened in Pullman zam zam in Madina the “do not disturb sign was on” and the staff still entered while we were out. When it was reported to the staff they sugarcoated the whole incident. As if it never took place. As I said above go as far as the Pullman head office to complain.. would I stay at Pullman or recommend it NOWAY! Asking guests to give you a high rating is PATHETIC BEHAVIOR.. we didn’t pay 250 Dollars for all this!!!!! I have forwarded the complaint to the relevant team.

我在铂尔曼 Zamzam 酒店住得很愉快。房间宽敞、干净、舒适，还能看到部分克尔白（Kaaba）的景色，这让整个体验更加特别。早餐很美味，选择多样，能满足不同口味的需求。
不过，房间里提供的洗漱用品不够齐全。牙刷、肥皂或梳子等物品不是现成的，需要联系客房服务才能拿到。如果这些必需品能直接放在房间里会更方便。
总的来说，这是一次舒适愉快的住宿体验，我会向大家推荐这家地理位置优越、服务优质的酒店。
我简直震惊了！首先，他们给我们安排了一间9楼的房间，那房间烂透了（会提供照片）。后来Riyan（他很乐于助人）说给我们换了一间翻新过的房间。行李等了一个小时才送上来。更奇怪的是，我有一个行李箱被打开了，锁竟然在箱子里。我投诉后，Faisal先生非常帮忙，说会去查看监控录像。但他没有给我回复，几个小时后我跟夜班经理反映，他说他们查看了监控，没人打开我的行李。早上我要求查看监控录像时，他们却说不行！这回答太敷衍了！所以我联系了瑞享酒店，我们也在那里住过一晚。他们说我可以先去警察局报案，然后欢迎我查看监控录像！因为我们最后一次给Uber司机看行李箱照片时，照片上清晰地显示锁是锁好的！之后在瑞享酒店我们没打开那个箱子就搬到了铂尔曼酒店。现在我打电话给铂尔曼，他们一直在推脱。我跟接电话的人解释说，既然瑞享酒店说报完警可以查看监控，那你们的录像我能看吗？他们还是不断推脱。所以最后我把这件事上报给了大使馆。如果有人遇到类似事件，请务必向铂尔曼酒店总部反映，并向大使馆报告。我真的非常震惊，他们根本不重视！请大家务必看好自己的行李，无论它是否上锁。那些亚洲员工不值得信任。

房间有点旧了。但主要问题是，完全不隔音，你能清楚地听到隔壁邻居说的话，还能闻到他们食物的味道。
因为地理位置，价格有点过高。
其他方面都符合预期；房间大小、设施、早餐质量。
健身房没开放。
从入住到退房，我对这里的一切都非常满意，服务很棒，员工也很友好，这是一次非常愉快的住宿体验。
唯一的问题就是电梯太慢了，而且它好像有自己的想法一样（不听使唤）。
服务非常棒！酒店入住和退房手续办理得很顺利。所有前台员工都非常乐于助人，他们就像一个人一样，配合默契。
这是我第二次来这里住，还是为了朝觐。真的很棒！前台的工作人员非常友好，帮我升级到了豪华房。所有的行李员都很乐于助人。客房服务响应迅速。下次肯定还会再来。谢谢你，铂尔曼。爱你们！
超级干净，离Haram很近，设施一应俱全，强烈推荐！
五星级酒店，在扎姆扎姆塔（Zamzam Tower）内是所有酒店里价格最便宜的。非常适合朝觐（Umrah）住宿。
酒店地理位置优越。
从房间到阿卜杜勒阿齐兹国王门只需5分钟。需要乘坐两部电梯，然后通过Zam Zam Tower购物中心出去。
早餐有很多选择，每天都有变化。大部分是中东菜，也有亚洲角，但主要提供巴基斯坦和印度菜。咖喱味道不浓烈，仍然很适合印尼人的口味。
房间宽敞，经典双床房能看到部分麦加禁寺（Kaaba）的景色。房间设施齐全，有冰箱、炉灶、熨斗等等。浴室也很大，有浴缸。
无线网络很快很流畅。
非常推荐家庭入住。
