酒店回复: Dear Jan,we are very surprised of your review and for subjects of your complains, as we don't provide many of the things you mentioned... when a service is not mentioned nowhere means that it is not provided, for example if an indoor pool in not mentioned means that a structure doesn't have it and it is very strange to ask for it when not mentioned.For apartment linen are weekly changed once, so for a 5 nights stay is not included, it is be required under payment, so if you need it you could just ask at the reception and our staff would be happy to help you.We apologize for the bad wi-fi connection but we are in the hilly countryside at the moment not covered by good internet connection that it is worst in the days with bad weather. We are now improving this service as much as we can according to logistics and real opportunities.
