Stay here often when traveling to Idaho. Only concern was the noise from the heating unit. It was very noisy.

My only complaint would be that the indoor pool didn’t seem to be heated and the hot tub wasn’t very clean. Other than that, all was good.

Noisy HVAC unit that kept making noises even when turned off. Finally had to unplug it during the night to get sleep.

Great choice- not sure it carpets were just shampooed but had a wet spot in middle of floor. Not sure if a pet was in room before our stay . Other wise room was very clean

I stayed there one night, arriving late and leaving early. Overall all the stay was pretty good. If I had to give a comment it has to be the stained carpet in the room. It appears that this is property that’s used buy construction workers give the number of company trucks in parking lot. Nothing wrong with that but it does seem to affect the floors from those workers coming in with their dirty work boots. On a positive note, your desk staff was great. Very helpful at check in.

The property was older and a bit run down. The carpet was rippled from water and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. It was clean and the breafast was okay with waffles, yougurt, cold cereal, apples and juice.

Room could have definitely used more cleaning. Ice machine is on the third floor. Our room keys had to be programmed twice. Check in was quick. Parking is easy. Very very quit. A/C works fantastic. This is my go to place when I’m in Ontario.

air conditioning was sub- par; vent defusers missing; broken control knob.
