The building is absolutely stunning, especially lit up with Christmas lights. Every staff member was incredibly polite, even the boy mopping the floors was happy to answer questions. The room was clean and spacious, the views were great. The breakfast was good quality. The only negative comment I had was that the coffee is not good. Stick to the juices for breakfast!

On a couples weekend, put us in a room right outside the door of a function. Manager apologised and said he would issue a partial refund. Nothing received, no follow up communication despite me chasing.
Bathroom door didn't close either.

Check in was easy, bar the fact they never stated any details about breakfast. Monday breakfast finished at 9am!!!! So turning up at 9:15 we had to eat was left out still.
The hotel needed a good clean and a lick of paint.
We stayed in a superior room which was spacious but there was a smell of drains when you opened the room, which can only assume was from the bathroom.
The spa facilities were nice even though basic & was flexible with when you could use them.
For the price of a room & the inclusion of the spa id say it was reasonable but room for improvement

A little disappointed really with what I expected from a 4 star hotel. The rooms were very basic and small. The first room didn’t appear very clean with paint falling of the walls and a tiny cupboard with a plastic foldable door across it, which was half hanging off. We asked to move and the staff were great with that. The second room was better, cleaner, but still fairly small.
The spa area also was small and I didn’t feel relaxed at all around the swimming pool and sauna/steam room areas. Too many people in such a small space and there were only approx 15 people in there. Disappointed overall while we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary.
