Everything from the lobby to the room was dirty and gross. I cant even mention all of the nastiness, then we got to the room and I got even more grossed out. The lock on the door frame was also installed incorrectly and not even all the way, just flopped around. I think one of the worst things was the AC, i will attach a picture of it. For the price and pictures on the website, this place should've been a lot better. Severely disappointed.

We booked this hotel last minute, when the hotel we original booked had given our reservation away. I was glad to find something close that didn’t break the bank. The bed was comfortable, the staff was nice. Shower was broken, but we could get it to work. Bathroom was stained and felt a little dirty, the toilet tank sat very far forward and rocked, which wasn’t comfortable.

Pets were noisy at night above us. The free breakfast was just ok. Questionable people around building, street people, and people who were not staying at hotel using the smoking area. Curtains were missing in our room, but we had a pull down blind.

There was matter in the clogged toilet in the first room they gave me. They were very nice about it and immediately moved me to another room. Hotel overall was somewhat dingey and the room card readers were finicky.

The breakfasts especially were excellent. It was a full breakfast bar with eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, fruit, fruit juices, and even more. The staff is also very friendly, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

First room we used was still dirty sheets had stains on them. The second room was decent.. the whole time we were there we had to use the stairs to the 3rd story for 2 day…elevators never got fixed even though they told us it was going to be fixed the next day!!
