Checked in and attendant said two words the whole time, room smelled, tv quality is the worst I’ve ever had, checked out and attendant said nothing. Will not be returning

First room we used was still dirty sheets had stains on them. The second room was decent.. the whole time we were there we had to use the stairs to the 3rd story for 2 day…elevators never got fixed even though they told us it was going to be fixed the next day!!

During check-in the computers were down and had to wait over an hour. Bathroom door did not close. Elevators did not work after the first day. Outside there was a lot of homeless. Crew did not seem to care about any of the issues. Will not stay at a comfort inn again.

We had a nice stay. But our none smoking room did smell like cigarette smoke... we lit a candel it helped . Staff was very friendly. Outside area was not the greatest. We saw a few homeless in area. But we would stay again if we came back to this area of Colorado.

I was in Denver for a week, I stayed at another hotel but it was so dirty and the staff at the 1st hotel was bad. But everyone at Comfort suites Westminster was extremely accommodating and pleasant to do business with. The young lady who checked me in was pleasant

I just don’t like it when they charge your card a $100 deposit without my consent. Even though it took a week to go back on my card. 😒

Felt like a small step above a motel. Located next to a gas station where questionable individuals roamed the parking lot at all hours of the night. The breakfast was cold and stale. Rooms were spacious but dated. The linens and facilities were stained and dirty.

Not that great,
Would not stay there again, was not really thrilled about the people that were running around like zombies the safe did not really care and anybody could just walk in and hit the elevator and head of stairs. Our room smelled like a old smoking room, the hotel needs a big upgrade and a good cleaning.
