Breakfast menu was all carbs, i can't eat those. Staff was very nice amd helpful. Room was clean. Noisy upstairs people at 1130 at night. All and all it was a nice stay.

Mattresses were too soft, no support. My 70 year old husband had a hard time getting comfortable enough to sleep.

The people at the front desk were very kind, professional and helpful. The room we had was not thoroughly cleaned. There was an empty toilet paper roll on the floor under the sink and a previous guest had left a shirt on the bedroom floor. I posted in an early review for ******* and a staff member read this post. They sent housekeeping over to clean again right away. The next day there were 2 people cleaning rooms near ours. The parking lot was empty of cars so they likely had no idea I stayed at the hotel and was in the room. They loudly spoke freely of many sexual “things” and how they might deal with the customer “because they aren’t always right.” I know much more than I want about these 2. Uncomfortable to say the least. So all-in-all: The stay was quite interesting.

This is our main place to stay when visiting family in Alturas. Artia was a great help to us checking in. Somehow ******* booked 2 rooms and I only needed 1 room. She was able to help get that cancelled. My main complaint is the bathrooms need to be updated at least the flooring
