One word..Bedbugs!! Got there at dark. The room was very nasty! Vent was off in the bathroom. The bathroom was under renovation I guess. There was black hand prints and white paint covering mold.
6AM bedbug was crawling across my mom’s face. We killed it! Nasty!! Got a video and pictures for proof.

We could not understand the desk person because of his heavy accent. We never got access to Wifi because of this lack of communication.

Good sleep
Beds are comfortable. Room we were in smelled musty and bathroom fan needs to be fixed.

When our room had a smell to it the manager got us a new room without hesitation and made sure we had a great experience. He also tookntime to answer our questions about the hotel and the area. The pool was in good working order. Thank you Prince for taking care of our group

Breakfast was horrible. You can tell the juice machine hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Other than that our stay wasn’t horrible.

Double charged for room at checkin. Odd layout with parking and steep, uneven driveways, view was only a parking lot. Breakfast was terrible, only watery inedible eggs and dry turkey sausage.
