Had to call 3 times to check if feather free bedding was available. Got 3 different answers and no call back from a manager when I requested one. ALL ice machines are broken and the front desk clerk stated they were not fixing them because the parts were too expensive. Not a very friendly welcome, zero customer service skills.

Staff is friendly, however the room could use some improvement ( some lamps did not work and tub drainage is slow). Other than that, the location is convenient and we enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast and free parking is great!

Carpets in hallways stained. Shower curtain hung outside the shower so water never got to the shower pan. Water poured out on floor. Tiles on the wall were coming off the wall from the water. Mold on and behind the falling off tiles. Had to put towels on the floor to avoid flooding the bathroom. Asked for extra towels 2 days in a row. They never came. I finally went down to pool and picked up a few towels. Break fast was great. Woman that maintained the breakfast was great! Never stopped working.

*DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Front desk attendant was very helpful and apologetic. I checked in around 4pm. The first room was not ready, the second one was marked clean but hadnt been touched, finally 3rd room was "ready". However the hallway and room carpet was dingy and stained. The TV did not work and there was no phone in the room. The mattress was stained and the bathroom ceiling was in disrepair. Did not stay and owner refused to refund my money.

This property is in need of major repairs, and updating. Our room had major water damage from a recent storm, so we were told. Drapes were stained and in terrible shape...the ones that were there. Not all of the drapes were even there. Also, needed better house keeping. Toilet was dirty.
Staff was very apologetic, trying to do their best.

Staff was great, room was clean, the window leaked water and the room smelled like musty water and old smoke. Just needs some good deep cleaning, maybe new curtains and carpets professionally cleaned to get smell of smoke out. It was pretty strong.

The employees were great! BIG ROACH PROBLEM! Sure they moved us to another room but it just wasn’t the same. We went for a tour at bethel college and was disappointed with stay.

I didn't like anything about the property.The outside looks nice .When the entrance door opens.The smell of pot cigrettes andhits you in the face liquor The place is dirty.The tile floors were badneeded some serious cleaning.Go down the hall to elevator the carpet had grease in severalbig spots the enterace to the elevort had black grease right when you walk in..2nd floor #223 was horrible. Smelled like sour.couldnt take your dhoes off .Coffee maker didnt work.The bathroom is real dirty mold everywhere .The shower need cleanedit was bad. No bath soap..Drapes were dirty.i went to talk to the guy at the desk but i cant stand for very long after 15 minutes i was ready to fall.never seen the guy.im upset and nobody cares.
