From the moment we stepped on the elevator with broken baseboards around the interior, dirty, stained carpet, then stepping off in the hallway to the same dirty and stained carpet, AND an odd smell that seemed like it was being covered up with antiseptic, we haf our concerns. When checking out our room we found what looked like mold in the tub/shower. This is when my husband and i decided we should leave. Being run down is one thing, but neglectful cleaning is another. We were offered another room but declined given the fact that it wasn't just the rooms, but seemed like the whole hotel from the lobby moving forward was neglected.

Love Comfort Inn but this one needs updating in every room. Our room had a hole in the bathroom door, a 5x5 discolored wall patch, and a 4x12inn ***** in the bathroom that needed patched. The tv only gave us seven local channels when we should have had basic cable. The worst part was the shower was lukewarm on the hottest setting and trickled from the spout above but poured from the spout below. I called the front desk and the clerk told me they would figure out something and call me back. They didn’t. I went down. Neither clerk wanted to help me— instead they acted as if I were lying. I told them I was NOT asking for my money back— I was asking for a different bathroom to shower since they told me there is no maintenance on the weekend. As I stood there waiting… the male clerk went to the back. The female told me she was waiting on him to decide. I went to get coffee and came back just in time to see him leave. I asked her what the plan was and she allowed my husband to take a shower in a different room. I think them having a plan in place and willing to fix the situation quickly would have been best case scenario. It felt as though I was an inconvenience when in fact all I was doing was asking for what we paid for. Comfort Inn has got to do something better!!

Hotel is old and worn but staff were friendly and price was competitive. Breakfast better than expected.

Staff was so awesome!! Very happy with them! And the rooms and lobby were clean. They were able to switch a room to meet my needs also, which I really appreciated!!
The hotel itself could use some good upgrades. Otherwise, not terrible. I would stay there again

Entire experience seemed unprofessional. Front desk staff dressed in pajama pants and sport shorts. Room we had showed signs of poorly fixed repairs. Not sure the bathroom had been cleaned after last guest as there were several hairs in tub and shower

The staff at this hotel did a great job at check in and getting a bottle of water when I asked since there was no water out at breakfast.
However, this hotel has mold growing in the showers along the window seals, which is made it smell terrible not a safe place to be staying. The curtains were from the water damage along the window, which has never been repaired. We had several rooms and each of the rooms had a black mold in the showers in various areas from the caulking along the wall and ceiling.

Had to call 3 times to check if feather free bedding was available. Got 3 different answers and no call back from a manager when I requested one. ALL ice machines are broken and the front desk clerk stated they were not fixing them because the parts were too expensive. Not a very friendly welcome, zero customer service skills.

Staff is friendly, however the room could use some improvement ( some lamps did not work and tub drainage is slow). Other than that, the location is convenient and we enjoyed our stay. The free breakfast and free parking is great!

Carpets in hallways stained. Shower curtain hung outside the shower so water never got to the shower pan. Water poured out on floor. Tiles on the wall were coming off the wall from the water. Mold on and behind the falling off tiles. Had to put towels on the floor to avoid flooding the bathroom. Asked for extra towels 2 days in a row. They never came. I finally went down to pool and picked up a few towels. Break fast was great. Woman that maintained the breakfast was great! Never stopped working.
