I stayed here previously and had a good experience, so it was my go to hotel when I came back to Oswego again. However, I felt misled about the payment process when I returned. I was told I could pay in cash and I had more than enough in cash when I arrived, and yet I was asked for my card. Because I technically didn't have enough money on my card, I couldn't check in. The hotel claimed that there was nothing they could do, and I had to both cancel my stay and find a different hotel at the last minute (missing the hockey game as a result). I was misled and I'm not sure if I want to do business with the Clarion again.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, it is always clean, quiet and has an excellent onsite restaurant.

The check-in clerk was very helpful and was able to get us into our room a bit early--which we appreciated. But one of the elevators was broken (with a large "Out of Service" sign hung on it in the lobby), but it wasn't shut off. So each time we pressed the button to go to our room, the broken elevator would open and wait and delay the working elevator from coming to that floor. In addition, the shower in room 424 had very low water pressure. You had to move around to get wet.

Room was clean, well kind of. Cobwebs in corners, window sill had mold and shower had mold along with corners in bathrrom filled with dirt and debris.
Breakfast was good. People running in halls and above us and noisy.
景色很美，窗外就是湖，晚上湖对岸的灯光亮起，有点威尼斯的感觉。早饭比较简单，但是服务员都很热情。
我喜欢这家酒店临水而建，景色很美。楼下的餐厅不错。但酒店本身比较老旧。五楼和我的房间都有一股下水道的味道——虽然他们努力去除了异味。停车场满了——我们绕了半个小时才找到停车位。真是太令人沮丧了。
早餐种类丰富，是我吃过的最好的早餐之一。这也是我们每年去看望上大学的女儿时都会来这里的主要原因之一。
舒适的酒店，靠近市中心和奥斯威戈堡。房间宽敞、干净、安静。早餐种类丰富，非常美味。
