Breakfast has sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles and others. Elaine is very friendly. Room is clean. Will stay again

The staff didn't even make an attempt to appear as if the cleaned the room. There were pistachio shells right on the floor in the middle of the room. Not like they were missed in a corner. Plus, what looked like blood on the wall. I was in Room 505. Seriously, Seriously for the price, you would at least expect it to appear like they cleaned. Very disappointed

When we got to the room, I had to clean it. The ice bucket had stuff on it. The floor hadn't been swept. There were bugs alive and dead on the floor. A pile of dush on the light between the two beds. Flying Chinese beetles on the ceiling. I asked to have my room swept the next morning was told that that doesn't usually happen, then i let the front desk know that i didn't think it had been previously. When we got back someone had come in to sweep.

The room was great beside the awkwardness of how the toilet was set . The front desk staff had no personality, barely even talked. The hotel definitely needs updated. They did not leave any washcloths for us. The location was good though for what we wanted. Also the hallways were very noisy and people were drinking in the parking lot. Doors were slamming at 2 an 3 in the morning.

The room was gross, they didn’t clean anything, hair all over the shower, bugs flying everywhere we checked in went to that terrible Mexican restaurant attached then came back a Checked out! They have signs in the hallway saying sorry for the look “they’re remodeling” but they’re not remodeling they just put them up cause they know it’s a crap hole

This place is run down. The breakfast wasn’t great…just your normal free breakfast. We were supposed to have a king room but got 2 full beds. I went to the front desk & she gave us a king bed and said she “upgraded” us to a suite free of charge but it was down in the basement type floor and sketchy. The suite just had a living room area but with no tv. I was hoping for the jetted tub…not a living area that we didn’t need or use. She wasn’t friendly either. And housekeeping didn’t come on day 2. That was our 2nd time staying there but we will not be staying there again.

客房服务人员没有提供足够的毛巾，而且在需要更换床单时也不在，导致我和女友不得不自己更换。
健身房状况糟糕：三台有氧运动器械只有一台能用；没有纸巾或清洁剂供使用后擦拭器械；电视也坏了。
餐厅的午餐和晚餐都不错，但他们总体上没有打扫房间，早餐区总是很脏，总的来说，我不建议任何人住在这家酒店。
一切都很完美，早餐的选择可能再多一点。
