Najay was the young man whom check me in. He was friendly and and willing to help with any request outside of check in. Jay the night auditor was so funny and friendly. I was afraid to walk outside at 5am to my car and he walked with me to my car. Jay and Najay represented sleep in customer service and excellent 100%. However the breakfast was Disappointing; Sleep-In is known for there continental breakfast. The information about parking is inaccurate. The fee for parking is $35 not $25. The parking attendant was very intentional about his job and parking. I thought it was included in my payment when I paid online only to find out that was not the case. Customer alert there is an additional fee if you pay with credit card.

The location of this hotel makes it great for waking around central Philadelphia. It could use some extra cleaning especially to the carpet.

There were no bedbugs. The linens were clean, but stained. The elevator was broken. Parking was not included and was $35 a day. Located in China town.

The front desk staff was super friendly. The girl at the desk even offered her umbrella to use but we decided to take an Uber. The room was clean andchad everything we needed. The continental breakfast was kinda minimal but it was enough to get us by. I'd stay here again. If you're on a budget you dont have to worry that you're staying in a dump.

酒店地理位置绝佳，就在市中心，房间也很不错，家具齐全，一切都相当干净。然而，最最令人失望的是员工！我们接触了三位不同的员工，他们都非常非常懒惰。他们什么都不想做，对每件事都敷衍地说“好的”，然后就没有下文了，或者要花很长时间才能办好。这真是酒店的耻辱。我们住了四个晚上，房间一次都没有打扫。办理入住时，酒店告知除非我们要求，否则房间不会打扫。所以我们当时就说明，如果两天后能帮忙更换毛巾并清理垃圾，我们就很满意了，没必要更换床单，因为四天都可以用。第二天早上，我提醒他们打扫房间，他们也说了“好的”。但晚上我们回到酒店时，房间根本没打扫，所有垃圾桶都满了，脏毛巾还躺在浴室地板上。我去了前台，他们说：“哦，抱歉，我们明天打扫。”因为我们没有毛巾可用，我要求他们至少给我几条干净的毛巾，但连这都成了一个**烦。前台先是在各个房间里找，但没找到毛巾，然后花了大约10分钟翻电话簿，最后打电话给一位同事，同事告诉她毛巾在地下室。我在前台等了大约20-25分钟（当时大概晚上11点），才终于拿到了干净毛巾。结果第二天房间也还是没打扫。
他们提供的早餐简直是灾难。选择非常少（只有甜食），而且仅有的那些东西也很快就没了，因为他们准备的量太少。他们提供塑料餐具和塑料杯，用薄薄的塑料刀几乎不可能从冰箱里抹开黄油。果汁机提供苹果汁和橙汁，但只有苹果汁能用。当我告诉前台没有橙汁时，她竟然说：“是的，我知道。”接下来的两天依然没有橙汁，到了第四天，苹果汁也喝光了，但他们只补充了橙汁。第一天有华夫饼面糊，但第二天机器就坏了。第三天，我们早上7:30来吃早餐，只剩下薄薄一片吐司。我去了前台，请前台尽快补充食物，这样我们才能吃早餐，因为我们急着要去华盛顿旅行。大约15分钟后，她才走进餐厅，托盘上只有三只羊角面包、三个松饼和四片吐司，然而当时餐厅里有12个人在等。
每当我们向前台咨询观光建议、租车去城外旅行，或者购买公共交通车票时，得到的答案永远是：“我不知道，你去城里看看吧。”总之，这里的员工极度懒惰且不友好，这大大降低了住在这家酒店的乐趣！
