Reception staff very welcoming. All areas in hotel spotless. Nice comfy bed. Good selection at breakfast time.

The staff in this hotel were fantastic, unfortunately for them, there was only 2 of them on to cover reception & bar/restaurant.
The lobby area is lovely and spacious, great for chilling in.
The room was adequate space wise, but the pillow was too soft and noisy so not much sleep was had temperature wise was also good (i dont like it too warm)

Room was clean with a small desk. Of note was the desk lamp - many hotels seem to forget that folk might need to work in the evenings. Bed very comfortable and bathroom obviously efficiently clean. Tea and coffe equipment present but sadly, no free biscuits!
The room was well sound insulated.
Breakfast was filling with a choice of full english or continental.
All in all, the place to stay in Crewe.

房间非常明亮干净，床也很结实。酒店官网上说房间有空调，但实际上并没有。当我们向前台小哥询问时，他试图说服我是我看错了，还想把我当**，但网站上明明写着房间有空调，而实际上只有前台/大厅有空调。房间很舒适，不过如果能装个纱窗会更好，因为房间正对着对面的办公室，不然就得一直拉着窗帘。
酒店所在位置环境清幽，停车场有足够免费泊车设施， 房间整洁舒适，唯单人床舖阔度略为窄小。
服务还不错。
我在那里的几天里，早餐都一样。
一切都如描述的那样：员工友善，解释也很准确。
入住很方便，退房更方便，房间也完全符合预期。
一切都进行得非常顺利。
