Rooms were clean, roomy and had all the amenities we expect (frig, microwave, etc.). AC was cool and quite. Walking distance to Walmart and eateries.

Couldn't shower due to brown leaking into the shower from the above floor. I gave them a second chance due to my toilet over flowing and soaking the floor. Checked out the following morning and tha front lady had cats all inside the building. Im allergic to cats so i had to deal with that for hours. Will not be returning. The daytime folks rocked though!!!!

I had 3 rooms here. One was not suppose to be cancelled and one was. The rooms I told from my employees had mold in the bathroom, toilet didn’t flush, roaches were seen in both rooms. It is under construction and I was not notified about that when these rooms were booked.
My employee ended up sleeping in his car because he had no room. This is so unprofessional.
DO NOT stay here.

Bed Bugs, Unsafe, and Under Construction
I would not recommend staying here. My experience at Quality Inn Midland South was very disappointing for several reasons:
Bed Bugs: The room had bed bugs, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary.
Poor Water Pressure: The shower had terrible water pressure, making it difficult to use.
Outdated Rooms: The rooms are old, outdated, and not well maintained.
Unsafe Surroundings: There were homeless individuals camped right outside the property, which made the area feel unsafe.
Construction Ongoing: The building was still under construction, adding to the mess and noise.
For the price, I expected much better. This hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. Until those issues are fixed, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This property was in middle of Reno’s. The windows all taped off. Hallways were hot. I didn’t even stay. You should refund the 17,000 points I used to stay at a different hotel.
