Your reservation was made without any accessibility requests, and your request for a ground-floor room was made upon your late evening arrival. At that time, we were fully booked and unable to accommodate the change. You were informed of this and chose to proceed with the room.The following morning, after having used the room, you returned to the front desk demanding a refund. During this interaction, your behavior toward our staff became verbally abusive. We have a zero tolerance policy for abusive conduct, and for the safety of our team, the RCMP was contacted. When officers arrived, you ran away.Our staff members on duty were trained and experienced, not new, as suggested. Additionally, a manager spoke with you over the phone during the incident, and another arrived shortly thereafter to assist.While we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, we stand by our staff and the procedures followed to ensure a respectful and safe environment for all guests and employees.

I’m not sure how the rooms were because I was unable to stay. The hotel requires guests to pay a $150 deposit that can only be done with a credit card. The woman at the front desk was apologetic and I get it, it’s not her policy, but it’s not advertised on this site or on theirs. Plus it’s ridiculous that it can’t just be paid with a debit card. I had to drive over an hour to get home then go to work in the morning.
Furthermore I’m having a hell of a time getting a refund for my room because I was charged by hotels.ca after booking the room even though I was told when booking the room I wouldn’t be charged. I tried to cancel the booking, but was told it’s not possible because check in had passed. Fine, tried to get some help with customer service and they can’t find my booking with my name or phone number. I had to search for 15 minutes to find a number to call customer support but of course no one can find my phone number. I can’t find a confirmation email and I can only talk to customer service if I have a confirmation number.
So now unless I get this fixed and refunded I’m out $118. I’m not happy with how this booking site is run.

We did offer an alternative way to complete the necessary authorization, but as this was not completed, we were unable to proceed with your check-in.Unfortunately, as the cancellation was made after the deadline, and per the third-party booking terms, the reservation is non-refundable. Good stay except for a few small things
Everything great except for three small things. One—the mini fridge was too cold and was freezing things. Two—- one of my pet peeves from many hotels— the plug did not work in the bathroom sink which makes it difficult to shave or wash your face. Three—the hot and cold symbols were reversed on the shower faucet so my wife almost scalded herself when she tried to take a shower. But the bed was good, the room was clean, and it was quiet.

2 of our kitchenette rooms had ant issues. Not a few a lot- they were swarming out of the floor and walls! One of our rooms had a cracked tub, and you could see rust around the faucet. With dogs allowed, expect to hear them bark through the night. Not recommended!

Upon arrival at this hotel there was absolutely ZERO parking. The lot was full along with the Denny’s lot as well. We advised the agent at the front desk which he told us to “park in the sand” which we ended up doing. This was fine in the end, however, it was frustrating as when we arrived it was quite late already and we just wanted to get checked in to go to bed. No complaints about the room itself. It was clean.

这家酒店的门上甚至没有无障碍按钮,而且无障碍隔间离套房简直是远到不能再远了。
工作人员非常不礼貌,拒绝给我们安排到一楼。第二天早上我去投诉时,发现“值班经理”Khalid实际上不在值班,而且在温哥华,离这里超过6个小时车程。她当时在值班。她说,前台最负责的女孩才上任两天左右。我们竟然要相信这个团队能处理紧急情况?以后再也不用再去“睡魔”了。
优点:整晚都很安静,空调运转良好,我抱怨之后住的第二个房间也足够干净,浴室也很干净,工作人员非常友好且专业。缺点:这家酒店总体来说很破旧,走廊地毯脏得要命,晚上回来的时候没有停车位,房间里弥漫着难闻的气味,窗户对着隔壁一栋破旧的公寓,所以不得不拉上窗帘。考虑到我付的价格,我原本期望的要好得多。
订了一间带步入式淋浴间的特大床房。晚上11:30到达。到房间时,房间还没打扫干净。只剩下一间小号的大床单人间。
印象非常不好。前台小哥态度很差,给了我们20美元的Denny's餐厅代金券。
