Your reservation was made without any accessibility requests, and your request for a ground-floor room was made upon your late evening arrival. At that time, we were fully booked and unable to accommodate the change. You were informed of this and chose to proceed with the room.The following morning, after having used the room, you returned to the front desk demanding a refund. During this interaction, your behavior toward our staff became verbally abusive. We have a zero tolerance policy for abusive conduct, and for the safety of our team, the RCMP was contacted. When officers arrived, you ran away.Our staff members on duty were trained and experienced, not new, as suggested. Additionally, a manager spoke with you over the phone during the incident, and another arrived shortly thereafter to assist.While we regret that your stay did not meet your expectations, we stand by our staff and the procedures followed to ensure a respectful and safe environment for all guests and employees.

Worst service ever , We just checked-in . And i was told by the receptionist they don't provide any water bottles to the guest in the rooms and there don't sell it either and have a tap water in the corridor if you want to drink ( the reason for all this , i was told is that ' hotel choosing more ecofriendly approach '
No parking spot for the guest who already had booking in the hotel , so make me park in the adjacent parking lot of the restaurant and when i ask for safety of my car , i was told safe until 8 am in the morning but the strange part is i have check out time of 11 am .... it my suggestion don't ever book this place .....

While we don’t offer bottled water, filtered drinking water is always available for guests at the coffee-station sink in the lobby. We also understand parking can be limited at times, and we do our best to accommodate all guests onsite; when full, we guide guests to the adjacent lot as a temporary option. Staff were curtious! Hotel needs upgrades. Base boards very scuffed up and worn. Ran out of hot water after 1 shower, so spouse was unable to shower.

Hotel was easy to find and great location as it was walking distance to arena we attended. Room was clean and quiet other than couple occasions when train passed behind hotel ( thankfully train did not go by during the nite). Hotel staff very nice.

Staff was courteous, though it was quite a while before he responded to the bell rung at the desk.
Because the parking lot was full, we were directed to the overfull parking - no lighting to get there.
To enter the building from there, a couple of teens sitting in the dark kindly showed us how to get to the entry door.

Kalid wasamazing and accommodating I recently had a home fire and had difficulties getting checked in anywhere due to identification Etc he was patient enough to do his due diligence to verify me and offer me a room for a few nights. He made a stressful situation bearable

酒店地理位置极佳,旁边就有一家 Denny's 餐厅。不过,酒店大楼比较老旧,而且没有电梯。特大号床非常舒服,房间干净整洁,设施齐全。如果他们允许通过第三方网站预订也能累计奖励积分,我会给更高的评价,但据帮我办理入住手续的那位女士说,他们不允许这样做。总的来说,这次住宿很愉快,非常安静舒适。肯定还会再来的。

打电话给他们,他们拿走了保鲜膜,但没有清理冰箱。按理说应该清理一下的。太糟糕了。卫生状况如何?床上用品也不好,我们让他们换,他们说干净就换了。没人想住在这种连自己都不确定干净不干净的地方。

这家酒店的门上甚至没有无障碍按钮,而且无障碍隔间离套房简直是远到不能再远了。
工作人员非常不礼貌,拒绝给我们安排到一楼。第二天早上我去投诉时,发现“值班经理”Khalid实际上不在值班,而且在温哥华,离这里超过6个小时车程。她当时在值班。她说,前台最负责的女孩才上任两天左右。我们竟然要相信这个团队能处理紧急情况?以后再也不用再去“睡魔”了。
