Grand Inn is our preferred place to stay in GP since we have a family of 6. The rooms are clean, the location is good, and we are never bothered by other guests. Staff is always friendly. Kitchens are great and being able to make our own meals helps to keep travel affordable. It’s also nice being able to access the pool & hot tub at the Delta across the street.
Cons — No USB ports in any rooms for charging. When booking, even though our room says “Sleeps 6” we are always charged extra once we add more than 2 people. If the room can accommodate 6 people then the rate should be for up to 6 people.

Comfy bed
Had the night before and night of our wedding was a nice space but someone left a door open and it beeped all night long and the phone didn’t work in my room.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the underground parking was an excellent perk, and the gym across the road at the delta was great for a hotel gym. The condo unit style hotel rooms make it feel like a home away from home. I will definitely stay here again.

We decided to treat ourselves and book the two bedroom/ two suite that held two king beds and a jet tub. The pictures looked great, but the room was far more dated that the pictures showed. There were many maintenence problems in the room including multiple flickering lights (fully enclosed in domes so we couldn't just play around with the bulb), the jets weren't working on the jet tub- when we spoke to the front desk staff about this they were aware it was broken but didn't mention anything to us upon booking in. The worst was that the thermostat was locked at a preset temperature (19 degrees celcius) and the air conditioning was blasting all night. We did phone down for the code, the front desk staff had no clue how to adjust it and instead gave us a space heater. Oh and no continental breakfast! Not what i would expect for a $200 room. The room was clean however, with very comfortable king size beds, soft duvets and what I suspect were down pillows. It was spacious and at least had separate rooms for us and the kids. I typically don't complete reviews but this was disappointing for something that was suppose to be a treat.

We stayed 4 days and found the property to be a great home away from home. Nice to have a full kitchen and having laundry in-room was a blessing for a long road trip.

It was ok. Room could use some updating. Carpets were quite worn. Bed was comfortable. Should have had at least a few things in the room ie wine glasses, cork screw. We wanted some place where we could all get together and visit as a family and it served its purpose.
