Room smelled bad. Sauna was dirty, smelled bad and had no lights in it. Front desk staff was not attentive and hard to communicate with. Pancake machine was the only hot food option but didn't seem to work most of the time. No towels in pool area. Tiny TV's, limited channels. Waterslide area under construction and being removed to build a "hall". Hot tubs not working. All in all not recommended - this used to be on of the best hotels in PG, now far from it.

我只能说，除了床之外，孩子们都很喜欢这里。我们住的164房间，两张床中间都明显凹陷下去了。我们朋友住在另一个房间，他们的床就很好。我们的床急需更换。
最糟糕的是晚上的噪音，一直持续到午夜大家才安静下来。（我们用了耳塞，但还是太吵了）
房间完全不隔音，楼上楼下都一样。我们朋友住在楼上，也遇到了同样的问题。
最好的地方是孩子们喜欢的泳池，这也是我们选择住这里的原因，还有包含在内的早餐（酸奶、水蜜桃水果杯、烤面包的白面包、麦片、自己动手做煎饼、果汁和咖啡。有牛奶，但咖啡没有奶精，很多人对此表示失望）。早餐非常简单，但孩子们已经很满意了。
希望酒店管理层能做出一些改变，让未来的住客体验更好。
入住服务太糟糕了。那个工作人员态度很粗鲁，把我的身份证直接扔还给我，还不想回答我的问题。
我们在这里住得很愉快。酒店内的绿植让人感觉非常舒缓平静。不过我们一开始住的房间没有空调，挺热的。幸好我们提出要求后，酒店给我们免费升级到了空调房。酒店附带的印度餐厅也非常好吃！
工作人员友好又乐于助人。
我无法修改房间住宿人数，结果因此被换了房间。当我解释情况时，前台人员态度很不友好。我其他入住的家人房间都没有空调。本来以为包含在房价里的自助早餐不仅要收费，而且非常糟糕。很遗憾，我不会再支持这家酒店了。它现在变得如此破旧，令人失望。
因为我们住的是宠物房，感觉自己就像宠物一样，房间里有脏兮兮的毯子，地板也被抓得乱七八糟。
价格实惠，房间很棒！
尽管已在线办理登机手续，但抵达后仍必须再次输入所有数据。
