I had stay here a few years ago but it’s starting to look run down and dirty. Hairs in the bed and the thermostat didn’t work properly. Hardly slept from the ratting from the ac unit.

Nice room. Some delay at check in due to a woman who could not get her desires sorted out. Once she cleared, my check in was great: keys and forms all prepared and handed to me.

We were there for 2 nights for a Celebration of Life. we were showering when they came to clean the room so we asked them to come back later which they did not do and never replaced towels or made up the bed. Only 1 elevator which took a long time. Also smokers directly outside of the lobby. Forgot one of our electric toothbrushes only to be told it was not turned in.

Stay was good but front desk would not give me a receipt because I booked 3rd party. Don’t stay here if you require a receipt.

The night I stayed, was the same night multiple youth volleyball players stayed and I understand teenagers will be loud and high strung but when you have multiple blasting music on speakers in the pool area. Pouring bubble into the pool. Piling themselves all together on the slide and running up and down the halls. Just for the front desk staff members, who can hear the music because the front desk is right beside the pool do absolutely nothing til I had to complain is a little unacceptable. Other than this, the room itself was neat and slightly dirty with stains on the mattress and the bathroom tub being stained yellow. It was an overall okay stay but no apology or real acknowledgement from staff, I find additional training might be in order. I would give the hotel a 3 star review, just did not feel the room should of cost me almost $200 for the night

Hotel is in a great location and the staff was wonderful. Only concern is you ca tell the property is getting a bit run down. The pool needs a deep clean, people are writing their names in the scum on the walls of the pool. The stairs to the water slide are rusting and kind of gross. And there were two families with children in the pool that the kids very obviously had hand foot and mouth. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but more of an fyi to the hotel to ensure rooms are sanitized properly between guests. Every surface needs to be sanitized. It was an ok hotel and probably good if you’re just needing a place to sleep, beds were comfy. Shower is getting old and gross.
