这次入住行政套房，房间很干净，客厅的沙发床是1.5米大小，卧室的床很大，房间里各种桌子茶几沙发很多，客厅卧室都有阳台，很适合一家人出行。酒店有私人沙滩，虽然不大，总好过去外面公共沙滩。酒店自己的几个餐厅还行，最好提前预定，我们住了四晚，第一晚直接去Aloro意大利餐厅，被告知只有9点才有空位。第二天提前预定，竟然接下来三天都只有9点，只好放弃这家餐厅，把其他几家餐厅都吃了个遍。去参加了酒店的落日巡航，景色很美，船上提供的小点心和三明治吃完，胃口小的基本不用吃晚饭了。
千万别去！
食物选择少得可怜，饮料都是温的，而且所有东西都贵得离谱，简直是浪费钱。员工态度也很差。唯一值得称道的就是健身房。省下钱去别的地方吧（圣约翰那边好多了）。
除了隔壁邻居透过墙上的小洞偷看我们之外，其他一切都还好。食物价格过高，两人份的早餐不应该要100美元一天。这里的人很不一样，有些员工不像度假村的住客那样主动和客人交流，只是人不错，但并不友好。总的来说，这里还算可以。不知道下次还会不会再预订。
房间里有蟑螂，工作人员在孩子们游泳时把一把大刀掉进了泳池。工作人员有时态度非常恶劣。客户服务很差。房间从来没打扫过。
他们弄丢了我的预订，然后还想收我双倍的房费。服务很差劲。房间还不错，但是外观非常破旧。绝对算不上五星级度假村。

房间不错，干净整洁，但阳台的椅子上没有坐垫
绝对达不到美国丽思卡尔顿酒店的水平。当他们故意忘记你的房间时，你不得不叫客房服务，而且即使这样，他们也吝啬提供毛巾。俱乐部级别的服务充其量也只是一般水平。食物选择很少，不冷不热，不是很新鲜。七天退房时额外收取 2500 美元的费用，这简直是雪上加霜，再也不会来了。
这家酒店糟透了。没人来房间接你，淋浴水压极低，空调也坏了。价格这么高，就应该提供更好的住宿体验，而且酒店管理糟糕透顶，极其不专业。
我们一家人在这里住过大约 10 次。
泳池边的餐厅一直在施工。白天没有真正的服务员来协助购买餐食和饮料，工作人员花了太长时间。设施不理想，却向我们收取了他们收取的费用，这真是太不公平了。不会再住在这里并付钱了。
我们是周五下午到达的，我们非常期待看到这个设施。海滩酒吧区正在施工，海滩上有岩石，所以你不能不穿鞋走路。

我们只住了一晚就离开了。
