We showed up late and I had this room reserved, but if I had the opportunity to see the room before we committed to stay here, I would go somewhere else. Bedding was no looking too clean on the covers, I took a peek at the mattress cover and it didn't look too good. Bathroom shower needs updated. Rest of the room was okay, had mini-fridge & microwave. Walls were thin, heard our neighbors talking. Breakfast ends at 9am on a Saturday. Pretty ridiculous. Quality Inn was not living up to it's name in my humble opinion.

A smoking room was booked and we don’t smoke. only room left was 2 beds on second floor. No elevator and my wife recently had knee surgery. Bed sheets have burn holes.

The room itself was so so. My issue was with Management. We were told by management, that we could not get any clean towels, until the general manager came in, which was 9am. We had a meeting at the same time. So consequently we had to use the same soiled towels. Also the room was to be cleaned, only by request! Needless to say we will never come back!!!!!!!

The floor has a couple of spots where the tile is peeling up. The shower curtain rod is in extreme disrepair and needs to be replaced. The bolt lock on the door would not work. If I had been staying more than one night, I would have requested a change of rooms.

Desk was not there when I got there. I waited 10 minutes for him to return. Then he put me in a room on the second floor when I requested an accessible room on the first floor.
