The room was clean but the shower head blew apart as soon as you turned it on. Front desk gal said she could find us another room and there was nothing else she could do until 7 am. It was 10 at night and already had 2 little ones sound asleep. Was also supposed to have a crib for us but the gal at the desk said they didn't have any.

Worked Well for Our Family Stay
The Clarion worked well for our trip with four adults in the room. We had an enough space to add a few chairs. Beds were comfortable. We were in a connecting room. The doors between were thin and the walls seemed thin too. Our neighbors had little ones so it was loud. We made do but if you’re a light sleeper it might be an issue. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the floors which was odd because the hotel itself was very clean. My feet were filthy and this was the Morning after a shower! Breakfast was standard but fine. The best part of the stay was the staff. Everyone was very friendly annd helpful across the board.

I had a king accessible room booked and paid for only to find that they did not have that room available. It had been booked and paid for over 3 weeks. I had to settle for a non accessible room. Poor start to our trip.

The stay was great! Staff was wonderful, entire hotel was clean, my room was very comfortable, quiet, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely stay again!

Was welcome to buy a very nice employee, I saw her often during the week I was there and she was always greeting and friendly I had a good experience also with another gentleman when I locked myself out of my room. Exception employees, except for the nighttime one which you could not see because I found he was stretched out on a couch on his phone more than one night. I thought it was a registered guest until he started speaking to a guest who walked up to pay for a pop. Shocked. think there’d be cameras in the company would not find this appropriate. considering you can tell this company takes pride in their hotel. Other than that, it is a hotel that you do not hear a lot of road noise. Comfy beds and large rooms. The location is excellent and the warm breakfast was much appreciated every morning. It kept it fully stocked, unlike many other hotels who stop filling 30 minutes or so before the end of the meal. Definitely made a note that I will stay here again next time when I come through again.

There was some confusion at check in, turned out that there was someone booked the same day with a very similar name as mine. After the Front Desk person called their MGR, the situation was straightened out, but in general it seemed like the Front desk staff was new to customer service field.

Everything was great the rooms were spacious. It also gives a double door so you can park out back and go through there and also a front one to access the front desk and amenities .

我刚走进酒店的时候，感觉很好，工作人员也很友好，提供了很多有用的信息。一切都很顺利，直到我进了房间。我准备 unpacking 的时候，发现我睡的那张床上竟然有大量的蚂蚁和小飞虫。我打电话给前台，他带着干净的床单来到我房间，然后把那些有虫子的床单拿走了。他什么也没说也没做，就走了出去，留下我一个人抱着干净的床单站在那里。于是我开始铺床，同时也在检查有没有更多的虫子！我发现在床垫的左上角有一大块干涸的血迹……发生了这么多事，却没有人跟我提过任何折扣、换房间或者其他任何补偿……我最好能顺利拿回我的押金！
