我再也不会住这家酒店了。我们已经在这里住了五年了。服务越来越差，早餐价格也从 19 欧元涨到了 25 欧元。前台人手不足，服务也不专业。我以为这家酒店可能已经卖掉了，新主人正在偷工减料。
