They advertised a pool and there wasn't one.The pool was the reason I chose this place . Person checking me in completed ignored by inquiry. Got no room service or clean towels in 3 day stay even though they said the would bring us clean ones on second day .

You get what you pay for

Well, you get what you paid for. We stayed at The Port Motel and our room was decent and clean. This time because we had our puppy with us the room assigned was very dated and rather dirty. The bathroom tub and toilet were in very rough shape, rusted and not a clean appearance even tho cleaned. The carpet was horrible and looked like it had not been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time.

Other than that it was a place to lay our heads which was comfortable and the staff amazing to talk to.

Would I stay here again…yes if it is only me but as for family or a couple it all depends what room they assign to you.

Great AC. Mostly clean. Towels and toilet paper could be thicker. Staff were brisque but mostly cordial. Convenient for a visit to Port Colbourne. Would def return.

I didn’t like anything. It was filthy dirty. The towels were so thin and a grey colour. The little tiny bar of soap was way too small and the toilet paper way too thin. Bathtub was dangerously slippery and no grab handles.
