Overall terrible experience, charging $160/night when in reality it should be $79-99 max PLUS a 4% out of town tariff is ridiculous. This is a motel at best. There for a hockey tournament, (there was also a ringett tournament going on so lots of teams in the hotel). Booked the conference room, got kicked out from staff even through the noise wasnt excessive (it was adults only using it at the time). Asked for extra coffee pods as we didn't require housekeeping & were denied by the concierge, asked for milk for the 2 coffees, was provided expired milk & was told they don't have any more milk. Rooms were clean. Beds were thin & we could feel the slats underneath, so barely slept. Pillows were decent. Pool & hot tub were good. I would not recommend to anyone & will ensure our league knows not to book there for any future matters.

Staff at the hotel were wonderful - very helpful, accommodating, informative, friendly, and knowledgeable!! The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast (included in the price) was very good - more than we expected. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working/broken when we were there. The pool is awesome also it was quite cold so that was a bit disappointing. Overall a great hotel!! We would definitely stay there again!!

Way over priced and unfriendly staff. No pool towels given when kids asked. They can step up their hotel with a better breakfast, a warmer welcome for staying there and paying $500 for the weekend! The pool could easily have a rack of towels for guests. It’s an older hotel with a new hotels pricing. Hopefully they take it as constructive feedback and improve what they offer or drop their prices to match what they offer. I stay in lots of hotels and of course they vary but this was no where near what you’d get elsewhere for that price. None the less as a family we made it a fun stay and it gave us a place to sleep and enjoy our weekend together.

Not a great experience at this property. For the price it's old, has a pool and water slide but literally has A/C blasting and it's -20 outside. Beyond that though it has some rather off putting rules. The pool area is not accessible by hotel key card. They have to let you in.. and if you open the door for someone that you know is a paying guest they promptly see you on the cameras and come down and get upset with you. We had a super loud group beside us and it made it incredibly difficult to sleep the first night. Despite complaints nothing was done and we were on the first floor down slightly from the front desk. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

We have no issues wit people using the pool, we just need to be diligent on our end to make sure no drinks, toys or other objects are being brought into the pool. All the staff here is held responsible to make sure this isn't happening, as we really don't want our pool closed down again, we want all guest to be able to enjoy it at anytime. I'm sorry to hear that you encountered a loud group, we do try to keep on top of the loudness, however being at the desk area we don't always hear what the guests are hearing. I am unaware of the ptac issue but will look into it right away. I do hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Comfortable bedding. Internet access in room and wifi connectivity was good, availability of meeting room is handy for quick team gatherings. Towel in gym and guest laundry came handy, especially when you spend lot of time on road. Appreciate the service.

Property and rooms were clean. Our family enjoyed pool, waterslide and hot tub. Friendly staff who helped us with additional amenities. Hot breakfast was good and quality was better than I have had at most Wyndham. Convenient location next to gas station and A&W.

Had a wedding in Ponoka. They were able to accommodate the multiple family and friends easily. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and not too much hallway noise
