A day out with family was the theme, and the venue was the Club Mahindra Cherai resort. Helped by Mr. Sateesh, we were able to lock down the facilities required by our family group of 20, with accommodation made to address some issues we had. The property is beautiful, with the beach on the outside and the lagoon on the other side. It sits in the middle and takes you to a world that is curated expertly to provide a feel of privacy and comfort away from city life. The rooms allocated included a hall for all to sit and a complementary room for four hours, which allowed the aged group to rest. The food provided was fantastic, with good options for most people. The indoor game place was quite good, with options to rent bikes and other equipment, even for fishing. There is a court for badminton or volleyball and space to play cricket. Rooms were neat and well-maintained, and the pool is very good, as it was clean and provided a view of the lagoon. Overall, it's a good place to stay or enjoy a day out like us.

Club Mahindra Cherai beach is a beautiful property, with lovely rooms and villas which are right on the backwaters. The 1BR villas have a personal jacuzzi pool! The food is very good and served with a smile by the entire staff under the guidance of Mr Praveen. There is a pool but it was unfortunate to see that guests were not following guidelines regarding wearing swimming caps. The spa was a complete disappointment and waste of money. The 60 mins massage was actually 45 mins with 15 mins steam. Not at all worth the money spent. Ubers are available easily if you wish to avoid booking a cab at their travel desk. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. On the whole, a recommended property.

Lovely location...perfect ambience for a peaceful getaway. The backwaters just adjoin the property, giving it an ethereal touch. The beach is just a minute's walk away. Loved it. Very friendly staff and prompt service. Would particularly call out Arya, our attendant at the restaurant, who was always welcomed us with a smile and catered to all our culinary requirements. Deserves Kudos for her wonderful hospitality. Sneha, another employee at the resort, was also very helpful in making us comfortable and have a happy stay.

Restaurant was very good. Food was very tasty. Many varieties are there. Especially payasam is too good. The staff are very cordial and with smiling face. Praveen gave good suggestions about combo offers. Arya is very active and always smiling, Sunil and Tiya all are served served food affectionately.

Had a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Cherai Beach. The front office team welcomed me warmly and made check-in very smooth. Their smile, professionalism, and helpful attitude really stood out. They were always ready to assist and answered every query patiently. The hospitality truly made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, a relaxing experience with excellent service from the front office staff. Definitely looking forward to visiting again.
