The non-smoking room unit smelled like cigarrette smoke (it lingers in the room in general). But room looks updated, but neighbourhood area looks a little sketched.

I dunno how this accomodation has 4+ star reviews, but I haven't had a negative hotel experience like this in a very, very long time!
The facility is EXTREMELY dated and old. All the laundry (bedding, towels, etc) smell insanely musty and like cigarettes, which kept me up for most the evening as I tried to sleep.
Everything inside the room was SUPER old, the toiletries were very, very minimal and pretty much non existent.
I would never stay here again, even if it was free! I would avoid personally.

Safe, comfortable, budget friendly motel. Staff is exceptional, rooms are clean. The a/c fan in the rooms sound a bit rough, but still work well. This motel will be our place to stay when we are in Brooks. Thanks!

一切都很好。
