Not a 3-star hotel as it claims. Upon checking.. The floors were sticky. Not smooth. Cleaning is done just for the sake of cleaning it seems. Within 30 minutes of checkin- electricity went out 3 times. 1/3 times for 10 minutes. No AC remote provided. Have to live with the temperature setup by the Hotel. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet wasn't flushed from previous use. Incident: Someone from the hotel staff randomly opened our room door sneaked a peak in and went away. Upon complaining at the front desk. No one claimed responsibility. Sorry was the only action taken by the hotel team. If you are reading reviews about the Hotel's courteous staff and deciding to stay, think twice. Because thats exactly what I did. And had a bitter experience. Rooms and bathroom dont smell nice either. It stinks from their dirty cleaning chemicals and methods. Food was good. Though not much available from their vast menu. Had to settle with what was available from them. So again another aspect of the stay was dictated by the hotel. If you are booking this property Mistay - DONT! I complained about my incident to the Mistay team since I had booked the room through them, they responded let me check after which there was no followup. No response. Prioritise safety and choose something better!!!

non cleaning room. seen most of the cockroaches stay in room. I have booked a deluxe room..but the room is very poor looking. broken wardrobe.

stay was awesome Receptionist and food and beverage service staff was very helpful. restaurant food was good.
I suggest always book this hotel without breakfast they are serving one piece of idli and wada with sambar and your breakfast is over

The stay was decent, staff was cooperative, location is nearby station, all things are accessible as well, and food was great too, must visit.

Alka hotel is no value for money, except it is close to railway station. Not good for families to stay. Way to rooms is narrow and breakfast service is in the room, one item with tea or coffee. Beds are poor. Did not take the pics

Locality is very convenient and the hotel can be seen from thane station rooms are pretty small though
