我说不出有什么特别喜欢的。清洁度一般,员工服务周到,很有礼貌,建筑比较旧,早餐也不太一样,而且不太好。
床,我认为是房间最重要的部分,却非常不舒服,而且很旧。
我睡的沙发又旧又破,根本没法用。
花更少的钱住一个房间,却整晚睡不着,实在不值得。
免费早餐令人大失所望,只有贝果、面包和麦片。没有奶酪、羊角面包、鸡蛋等任何通常应有的品种。
酒店设施本身需要进行大规模维修和更新。泳池附近的区域需要改进,墙壁和天花板的拼缝影响了整体外观,浴室的填缝也需要重新进行。此外,几块天花板瓷砖需要更换,因为它们上面有难看的渗漏痕迹,影响了酒店的清洁度和维护质量。
总而言之,虽然员工服务热情周到,但酒店设施和维护方面仍需大幅改进,才能为客人提供满意的住宿体验。
由于地毯和旧椅子的异味,我们没有入住。我们有哮喘,所以换到了贝斯特韦斯特酒店。前台人员人很好,但由于我们预订的是*******,所以没能解决这个问题。总而言之,这一晚花费不菲。
