Excellent stay with one exception. The patio switch to open the door was inoperative. This made bringing in suitcases challenging as the doors were quite "stiff".
I notified the desk staff on two occasions but they seemed quite indifferent. It was not fixed during our two day stay.

This is probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at for this price. I've paid $130/night at chain hotels that have given bare bones experiences before, but this was a great, clean room in a beautiful hotel. Staff was very kind as well.
Parking was at garage on the corner of the street, but the walk over only takes a minute. There's a cute ice cream shop across the street as well.

我们下午6点到的，住了4晚。我们拿到了钥匙，但4个房间里有3个乱糟糟的，而且还没打扫过……
接待人员不太友好。
窗户很小，房间又潮湿又暗。
谷歌上说，所有淋浴门都没有隔热，所以浴室很快就进水了。
我们经常来基诺沙，只要有机会就住在斯特拉酒店。前台的泰勒服务很棒，非常热情周到。我们总是订的是传统客房。也尝试过其他酒店，但远不如他们满意。我们在餐厅吃过晚餐，印象并不深刻。服务差，食物也一般。早餐/咖啡区很棒。食物/咖啡都很棒，但那个可爱的女孩总是忙得不可开交，总是面带微笑！她太棒了！我们在这里至少住了五年，第一次尝试了街对面的Scoops。一定要去试试！！！我们上瘾了。我们超级超级超级喜欢斯特拉酒店！
