Staff was friendly, check in was simple!! Very clean room and area was clean also. Will be back in April for another stay!!

Staff wasn’t super friendly and I always hope for that when I am in “the South”. Breakfast hours are just one hour too short. Lots of stains on the carpet in our room and throughout hallways. Otherwise was nice. Had a suite so it was spacious and quiet and beds were comfy. Shower had great water pressure but the shelf in the shower was falling off and didn’t hold anything. All in all was a decent stay.

The breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. 2 waffle makers and juice coffee and hot tea as well as cereal, bagels and pastries. Nice onsite parking garage and its off street and very secure. Friendly staff and very clean.

disappointing that the pool was closed, took my daughter for her 5th birthday (all she wanted to do was go to the zoo and swim) booked this hotel under the impression the facilities were working properly to find out the pool area was under maintenance, call before you book if you are like me and have multiple children booking this hotel for the pool!!- despite that I will add the rooms were well maintained.

Out of an abundance of caution and in line with required safety standards, we could not allow guest access until the repair was completed. We loved the front desk girls! They were so sweet and made my kiddos feel so special! Everything was clean, quiet and great. The entire staff was awesome. Will definitely be staying here again.

Free and accessible parking along with included breakfast was really nice and convenient! We had a really nice stay! The facility was extremely clean! I do wish there had been a list of times for the hotel’s operations and/or channels for the TV in the room, but that’s being picky.

Room and hotel were great. One esthetic choice in the room that failed in practicality is a frosted window barn-style bathroom door. If someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night and they use the lights, it lights up the entire room. Other than that it was a great stay. We also appreciated the number of healthy breakfast options!

Had to move to a second room because of oder and mold. Floors looked dirty throughout. Dog barked when something moved most of the night in next room. Hotel seemed to need some TLC.
