We were not aware a pet was present at check-in, and our team’s goal was to ensure all guest and property policies were being followed appropriately.As for housekeeping, our hotel provides service every other day per our policy, unless a guest requests additional service. However, when a pet is in the room, our housekeeping team will not enter for safety reasons unless the pet is taken out or the guest requests a specific time for service.Your comments about the black hairs in the room have been shared with our housekeeping leadership for immediate review and correction.
