Our room was supposed to be non smoking and it was not! They were totally booked so we could not move to a different room so my husband and I both had sore throats and horrible headaches from the cigarette smoke plus all of our belonging smelled like smoke when we returned home!
Plus our room was right next to the freeway so we heard that ALL night long and I am hearing impaired but even without my hearing aids in I could still hear it which should tell you how loud it was!

The room was dirty and smelt like animal urine. It got so much worse once you used the shower and the room got heated up.

This was the first time in my life. I have gone to a hotel and been downgraded from the room that I paid for and then told I could not have a refund on the price of the room.

Breakfast was good and front desk staff were kind. The wall next to the bed was stained and our toilet was broken when we checked in. Despite reporting it, they never cared to come fix it. Disappointing and gross.

It was average… somebody spilled in the elevator… and rather that mop it… they put a cone over the main spill … there were sticky spatters that got on our shoes and we tracked sticky steps into our room

The front desk was super respectful, the check in was easy. We got to our room and it was outdated, it was a cheaper hotel so whatever. I went to the shower and there was unfortunately still hair in the shower. The blankets and pillow cases didn’t smell clean. IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER DONT GO HERE. I’m a super light sleeper and tried to drown out the traffic noise with a sound machine but it still didn’t work. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. The halls smells like old smoke. It’s good for a cheaper hotel, but it’s not the greatest. That’s all.

我的电视不能换台，也无法正常使用节目指南。所以我去前台反映，觉得很可能是电池没电了。她叫来了那个不靠谱的维修人员。他看了看电视，说是底下的那个小玩意儿的问题，然后用遥控器在六英寸远的地方调了台。我笑了起来，我说我想在床上换台，就像在家一样！我让他给我换一台能用的电视。结果他没换！！！
我告诉前台接待员，我需要一台能用的电视，从别的房间搬一台过来。她说她不知道哪个房间是空的？我说随便哪个没住人的房间，只要里面的电视能用就行！！！我要求退款。
房间还可以。他们正在装修二楼的一些房间。
