Sorry to say, but during the night, I pulled the bottom sheet off in my sleep and what did I find in the morning as I went to straighten out my bed but a brown stain on the mattress cover that was not from me. They did come and clean it up quickly and change my bedding. I’m sure they were embarrassed and then we had tiny little ants coming out of the bathroom sink. The staff was friendly. Sorry I couldn’t give a better review.

I found hair on my bed and the bathroom sink had hair in it too. The bed skirt was stained and so was the bed cover

front desk stuff went byond this is why i always try to stay at there location when ever can i know if there is s problem they will try to help you how ever they can.

Our reservation was taken by someone else but the front check in was able to get us another room at no additional costs. He was amazing. The room was not the cleanest but worked for the timeframe we needed it.

Terrible service will never stay here again! Was driving in late from California, on arrival I was informed that our room was forfeited and given to someone else and no refund was available.

The airport shuttle they advertise is NOT to PHX! I found that very misleading. So we spent almost $100 in Lyft fare to get us there and back from Skyharbor. And the young lady at the desk was very aware of the problem. But offered no fix.

Our room was supposed to be non smoking and it was not! They were totally booked so we could not move to a different room so my husband and I both had sore throats and horrible headaches from the cigarette smoke plus all of our belonging smelled like smoke when we returned home!
Plus our room was right next to the freeway so we heard that ALL night long and I am hearing impaired but even without my hearing aids in I could still hear it which should tell you how loud it was!

我的电视不能换台,也无法正常使用节目指南。所以我去前台反映,觉得很可能是电池没电了。她叫来了那个不靠谱的维修人员。他看了看电视,说是底下的那个小玩意儿的问题,然后用遥控器在六英寸远的地方调了台。我笑了起来,我说我想在床上换台,就像在家一样!我让他给我换一台能用的电视。结果他没换!!!
我告诉前台接待员,我需要一台能用的电视,从别的房间搬一台过来。她说她不知道哪个房间是空的?我说随便哪个没住人的房间,只要里面的电视能用就行!!!我要求退款。
房间还可以。他们正在装修二楼的一些房间。
