This place did not meet my expectations, I had issues with the first room, it was pet hair on the sofa and there's no light to really see so i used my light on my phone and i wasn't about to sit on that... It was NASTYYYY! So I explained it to the staff and they got me into another suite and it was just as bad, Me being me, checking the sheets and pulling covers back and the young lady she helped me pulled them back, she said she do the same thing and she understood, so come to find out the sheets wasn't clean it was hair and trash and spots on the sheets and hair in the tub.. NEVER EVER AGAIN! I CAN NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL. BUT THE STAFF WAS AMAZING... VERY PROFESSIONAL. AND THEY HANDLED THEIR BUSINESS AND ACCOMMODATED FOR MY STAY. WAS GOING TO STAY FOR 2 DAYS BUT NO THAT ONE WAS ENOUGH... TO THE SUPERVISOR OVER HOUSECLEANING, PULL THEM HOUSE CLEANERS TO THE SIDE AND LET THEM KNOW HOW UNACCEPTABLE NOT PULLING DIRTY SHEETS FROM THE BEDS.. IT'S NASTY! WHEN THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOB IT MAKES THE WHOLE BUSINESS LOOKS BAD...
that was just as bad as the first suite....

If you're looking for a quiet stay in Augusta, this is not the place. Loud bar right down the street, open until 2am with booming music. Loud electrical noises all throughout the night. On top of the horrible night, had to fight with the shower in the morning for any ounce of hot water. Terrible stay, save yourself and stay somewhere else!

Staff was very nice and friendly. The happy hour was my best time spent. Javonne is very good at her job and friendly. It was a pleasure meeting her.

3 stars for the room. It was clean and spacious and the staff was very kind during our stay. However, the breakfast was extremely dissapointing. We chose to stay at a Holiday Inn Express specifically for the breakfast, and this one didn't even have milk in the cooler for cereal. The only hot items were hard boiled eggs and sausage patties. No scrambled eggs, and no pancake batter for the automatic pancake maker (but the syrup and chocolate were plentiful). When another guest asked the woman who was setting out food "Is this it?" she replied with "Well there's eggs and sausage." Every time I walked past the kitchen, the woman putting out food was sitting there on her phone and would occasionally come out to walk to the reception desk, then back to the kitchen. We were looking forward to so much more for us and our toddler!

The staff was terrific. The fire alarm had issues during my stay, but the staff handled it well. They were on top of the problem and were extremely apologetic for the disturbance. I was greeted and acknowledged by each staff member I encountered, which made me feel safe as a solo female traveler. I will book again on my next trip.
前台的那位女士人非常好。我们长途旅行后感到非常疲惫。她免费提供给我们一瓶水，而且因为我们深夜抵达，还给了我们一些零食。房间宽敞又干净。如果我再去奥古斯塔，我还会选择住在这里。
前台工作人员服务不太热情。我们被安排的房间没有安装遮光窗帘，停车场的灯光照得进房间。我提前差不多一年就订了房间，感觉好像是最后一刻才被安排的。不过离过渡区很近，去奥古斯塔70.3滑雪场也很方便。干净……我想
应该算是三星级酒店的正常水平。我们入住体验真的很差，没有遮光窗帘更是雪上加霜。
房间的地板很脏，把我们的脚底都弄黑了，而且淋浴的水压也很小。除此之外，其他方面都还可以。
我遇到的唯一问题是浴缸和水槽的排水。
房间里的空调有噪音。不太好。
