The inside was very clean. Outside needs some help. There was no trashcan in room, just tiny one in bathroom. Lighting is very dim in room and bathroom. No top for ice bucket. One bath towel smelled like body odor. Metal bed frame made horrible noise.

I arrive and staff was friendly. Checked me in right away. The room was clean. I stayed there for a total of five days. The first two days they did not clean the room I had to tell them after that, then everything was good.

Great place to stay. They were doing some remodeling and we tracked Sheetrock into the room but other than that it was good

Family friendly, comfortable, breakfast was wonderful, checkin and checkout options very smooth, nice, upgraded accommodations, upgraded facilities all around. A+++ on everything!!

Nice hotel
This hotel was clean, modern and up to date. However our king size bed seemed a little worn. When lying down, a person tended to roll into the middle of the bed. The outside patio area was clean and quiet. It was a great evening for us to sit outdoors.

In general, the property itself is in very good condition. However, the inside of the elevators are quite dark. I suggest that either brighter wall coverings or lights be used in the future.

All of the employees nice and professional. The breakfast crew were extremely friendly and took care of all of our needs. This hotel is on the far end of Broad St, but never felt unsafe and was convenient to walk for events, dining, and shopping.
前台的那位女士人非常好。我们长途旅行后感到非常疲惫。她免费提供给我们一瓶水，而且因为我们深夜抵达，还给了我们一些零食。房间宽敞又干净。如果我再去奥古斯塔，我还会选择住在这里。
前台工作人员服务不太热情。我们被安排的房间没有安装遮光窗帘，停车场的灯光照得进房间。我提前差不多一年就订了房间，感觉好像是最后一刻才被安排的。不过离过渡区很近，去奥古斯塔70.3滑雪场也很方便。干净……我想
应该算是三星级酒店的正常水平。我们入住体验真的很差，没有遮光窗帘更是雪上加霜。
