bed sheet was dirty mark badly, I stay 3 nights first night ready to bed very tire and see the sheet was badly dirty yellow mark ..... the room cleaning lady make the bed she just flow up for next guest only she does not care it , I report next day to front desk

I have stayed here for many years. The service has continued to go downhill this stay I didn't have paper towels in the room and usually there are tea bags for hot tea not this time. When we stayed there in June the toilet was sort of clogged I reported it to the front desk and was given a plunger. I didn't expect that. I am disappointed in how things have changed. Some places you still advertise breakfast but there isn't any. That's enough will probably try some place when we come again

房间问题多多，床单脏兮兮的，床没整理好，空调坏了，他们也知道，没有吹风机，门锁读不了卡，他们也知道，电梯也坏了。我换了两个房间，问题越来越严重！
整体清洁度
我们刚到时，接待和服务人员非常热情友好。房间的清洁度达不到标准。我们不得不清洁排水管、墙壁、冰箱内部，厨房地板非常粘。我们从未使用过空调和暖气设备，因为看起来好几年没清洗过了。
不太干净
我们到达时，以为办理入住手续很顺利，但不得不三次回到大厅，房间钥匙仍然无法使用。她给了我们主房卡，我们不得不把它带回去。然后我们不得不在没有钥匙的情况下离开，回来时再去拿钥匙。我们不是唯一遇到这个问题的人，其他人也遇到了同样的问题。地毯非常脏。整个房间里都有大片深色污渍。浴室需要更新。需要深度清洁。电视太小了，需要一副双筒望远镜。去我们去的地方很方便，如果他们清洁地毯并用吸尘器吸尘，情况就不会那么糟糕了。床很舒服。
