We went out for an early dinner so we would be back to watch the World Series, arriving back to our room we found our tv didn’t work. Contacting the desk we were told they were busy, 1/2 hour later I walked down to the desk and was told they’d come right up to check on it. 1/2 hour later and no one showing up,we phoned and asked for a different room….was told they’d look into what they had…15 more minutes went by again with no word from the desk. I phoned down again and was told to try and fix ithe tv ourselves!

They have an indoor pool which is why I picked this property but when I checked in and inquired about the pool hours they said that they had just done cleaning maintenance on it and it would be an hour before it would be ready which would have been 5:00 p.m.
It was out of service all night so I never got to use it at all. Disappointed.

The check-in was great. Very professional and pleasant. However, the room was in very run-down condition especially the floors. They were spongy in places and I wondered I was going to fall through to the next floor.
No elevator - so we had to use the stairs. They had an uneven rise to them and I felt they were dangerous.

I have stayed at this hotel before a few years ago and it has definitely gone some hill. The breakfast was ok and the bed was okay. Trash from the previous guest had not been taken out and it was noisy from other guests.
餐厅只允许在餐厅内用餐。但我的孩子是残疾人，他们不能在公共场所用餐。所以我费了好大劲才把孩子们付费的早餐带进卧室。我不得不问经理，能不能给每个孩子带一个烤百吉饼到酒店房间。这家酒店太脏了，破烂不堪。我非常失望。我花了将近300美元住的房间，地毯上有两个大裂口，天花板上还有一个被水弄出的大洞。酒店工作人员非常不友好，而且闻起来像我曾祖母的衣橱。我再也不会去这家酒店了。我也不会推荐给其他人。它真的需要翻新。看起来，它应该在70年代就被淘汰了。

位置很棒，但酒店几乎和其他几栋楼共用一个停车场。不只是一两家汽车旅馆，还有一家DQ。挺有意思的。地方真的很老旧。地毯和地板很糟糕。感觉就像他们用旧地毯把地板上的洞堵住一样。没有电梯，所以楼梯有点吓人。楼梯顶端有些房间的角度很奇怪，所以如果你碰巧上下楼梯，正好有人来来往往，走一圈会很有意思。布局太奇怪了。我们停车旁边的门，钥匙读取器好像坏了，所以总是没锁。不知道这是不是件好事。这里是我们睡觉的地方。泳池区需要帮忙，但能自己用也挺好。

凌晨1点30分入住，被安排到一间脏兮兮的房间，不得不把两个疲惫的孩子送回去，然后去前台换一间干净的房间。前台小姐人很好，但被安排到一间脏兮兮的房间不太理想。床不错，但房间设施陈旧。我们去了游泳池，非常喜欢。
房间很干净，酒店价格也不错。工作人员彬彬有礼，乐于助人。然而，房间的门很薄，门框和门之间有缝隙，关上门后，从走廊都能看到我们其中一个房间的内部。另外，泳池水很冷，所以我一家人没能游很久。
工作人员很粗鲁，需要餐券才能吃饭，却没有给我们押金，无法告诉您何时可以取回押金，客户服务非常糟糕
枕头很薄。总体来说住宿体验不错。毛巾充足。早餐不错。入住很方便。
