Staff was friendly, but the room i was in felt run down. There was broken tile in the bathroom and the heater let off an awful smell when I started it up. Overall not the worst place I've stayed. I didn't feel like I was going to be stabbed.

Room was comfortable but toilet sit would squeak so loud each time you lift or close it. We were disappointed the hot tub heater was not working. Other than that it was good. Staff were very friendly.

The room was very clean and there were no hidden odors discovered when a hot shower was to be had. Linens smelled nice, though my bed was missing the flat sheet. It was also nice to stay at a hotel where the sounds from the other rooms were very muted through the walls. And while I appreciate a good complimentary breakfast, I will note that the bagels and muffins were very dry, almost stale, oranges were soft, the juice was watered down, and the hot water at the coffee station was tepid at best. The hot cocoa packets were delicious, the eggs were great, and the availability of yogurt was much appreciated. There was a young man who Im assuming was a relation of some sort to the morning hostess who treated the lobby like his living room with obnoxious music and helping himself to the tv and breakfast bar (its more the lack of consideration for others in the space than him actually being there). My son told me this particular person was rude to him when he was looking for someone to help with the hot tub (which was cold).
The lady who checked us in was VERY helpful, I wish I had gotten her name. I asked for a few recommendations on easy places to get to for dinner that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg and she was so helpful and chipper. Genuinley chipper. It was surprising and pleasant.

I would have given it 5 stars but the hot tub was not working … my number 1 reason for booking Comfort Inn. :-(
Other wise room was very nice, really comfortable bef!comfortable bed and delicious cheese omelet

Pool area did not look inviting so I chose not to use--antiquated. Quite. Immediate area was a bit "sketchy" but many shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was clean and serviceable. The fridge was broken and froze all my stuff solid. No knob to turn it down. Coffee in the lobby was just plain nasty. Staff was very friendly though.

No conditioner tube was in the shower pump holder and the shampoo tube was almost empty

There was a new girl full of smiles that was super nice. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and the room was clean. I experienced 2 mornings of the alarm going off in the room next to mine that was empty. When I called the office the lady that answered the phone was not the new girl but a rude girl that had no manners at all, never said Im sorry or your welcome and didnt say goodbye just hung up the phone. I am very disappointed that this girl works at the front counter with the public. Maybe she would be a better fit in the laundry room. Besides the rude girl my stay was awesome. Thank you.

The front desk attendant was cleaning the dinning area and I struck up a conversation. I worked hospitality in Florida, i understand the job. But as i was talking to your attendant, the manager came out and nonverbally interrupted our conversation to tell her to get back to work. The fact that i was having an honest good hearted moment, eati g a delicious meal for breakfast with sausage and eggs.... ooo i loved the biscuits and gravy., granted you could tell they were packaged and not fresh. And the waffle maker made my morning! What really bothers me is how your manager interrupted a guests conversation to make her submit.to him and put boxes away, and by the way, when you have men telling woman to loft boxes that the delivery people struggled to push with a cart makes you think your management is not fit to be in management and how you as a company do not check your managements behaviors towards hotel staff tells me that i do not want to do business with your company until you have resolved the lack of management.
